A reasonably smooth process to order the kit.

There was a couple of design changes & once ironed out the phone, it was sorted.

Really straight forward website and easy ordering process, the product is great and fits perfectly where I needed a curtain protector, seems well made. My only negative was the delivery took longer than expected and I thought the communication of this could have been better as it said my delivery was expected two weeks before it arrived.

They paid attention to detail and the communication was excellent. Ever order seemed very important to them. I will definitely order from this company again.

What I would like them to improve on is giving the public more options on the type of rivets/eyelets as this would make my life a lot easier when it comes to finding some fittings to secure the outside curtain too.

This is my second order. First one arrived on time and was of good quality and correctly sized. Excellent order process. Contacted after order placed to confirm details. I wish all other suppliers were as good as these people.

The cover was ordered for a large rectangular garden table. It was a bit fiddly to fit as it had to be stretched to its limit to cover the corners. A two person job. In retrospect I wish I had ordered one with a zip on one corner (if such an option exists). We got there in the end and it looks good and fits like a glove!

I ordered some sides for my gazebo so we can use it in cold weather and they are great. I had reservations when I realised that they get made in India but honestly there is nothing to worry about they were custom made and delivered within 2 weeks of ordering and that is what I call a great service. The packaging was great and no damage at all considering they came all the way from India. Definitely recommend using this company

I paid alot of money for express delivery. The order was then delayed by three days and arrived when it would have if I didn't pay extra. I asked for a refund in an email and received absolutely no response. Poor customer service great product. Edit-i have been contacted after leaving this review and am being refunded the shipping costs which I appreciate.
