I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Not the company's fault. My fault. Turns out they are really robust and can stretch About 7cm over 6ft. Unfotunatly not up to 2 m which is what I should have ordered. I just didn't want a seam in my tarp as its for a window of sorts. But overall good and delivered on time.
Although this product is advertised as a baseball field cover, our company, www.limitlessdrones.co.uk, have purchased this to use as our take-off/landing mat to use with our UAV's (more commonly known as drone's).

Second time ordering. I needed these covers urgently to replace a cover on a boat that was lost to high winds. I ordered and paid the extra for express delivery. The original delivery date given was Dec 23rd. Actual arrival date was Dec 29th. I appreciate it was the holiday period, but why allow me to pay the extra if it was not a guaranteed delivery?
I was also surprised to find the tracking information showed the product was being shipped from India to the UK. The website gives the impression it is a UK company. I would have ordered closer to home to ensure delivery had I known the product was coming from so far.
I was put to a lot of inconvenience because the temporary cover I had to fit didn't do the job properly so I had to go and check regularly over the holidays to ensure it was secure and keeping the weather out instead having been able fit the new cover permanently had it been delivered on time.

The process was straightforward (ordered, approved proof, received the product) and the quality of the cover was also very good. It was actually thick material that I was expecting. The only downfall was that I thought it was manufactured in the UK (supporting UK business) however, the product seemed to be made and shipped from India.
The chair covers were made incorrectly and after explaining it was remade and sent out again no extra expense.
With 7 items this was never going to be a breeze. However the communication after ordering to ensure the correct sizes was brilliant. I had made an obvious mistake which was picked up so I could check, then I was asked to double check and reconfirm. The covers fit perfectly and look great. The ostentatious name logo on the larger two covers created hilarity with our grown up children and spouses. Great decision.

Product is good and manufacture is strong. Two small issues, material is a type of plastic and not canvas as the picture and no split for the carry handle on the top meaning you have to take it off to transport it

I kept missing basic information and it wouldn't tell me what the issue was, apart from a generic reference that I need to add correct information without pointing out were. All else was simply great. Very prompt, clear and accurate in their communication and seeking information. Received the covers ahead of the scheduled time and for a very nice fit. Great job.
