They took a while as they were made in India, it was worth the wait, the material was just right, outdoor waterproof. It worked out much cheaper than buying in B&Q AND i got the exact measurements that i needed. Overall the service was excellent and, i'd definitely order again.

I'm not entirely sure why their customer services department is being slated in reviews online either? I called them to make sure they were able to stitch the zipper in a specific way for me and they even sent me a mock-up of my design before they started making it.
If you're still in doubt then maybe just ask for a mock-up in future?

Just placed my order. It was frustrating that they only accept dimensions in inches - the metric system is so much simpler and more accurate - the outdoor furniture that I ordered covers for is sized in cm so it took me quite a while to convert everything to inches and it ended up with lots of measurements like 35.43 or 28.72 inches. Crazy.

An internal supporting rod for umbrella covers would make this product exceptional. It is helpful to have some structure to the cover so it is easier to lift over tall umbrellas. A collapsable tent type rod should be supplied and fitted after delivery in a prefabricated sleeve within the cover. I've had this feature in a previous cover.
