Very happy with our custom made covers. Top service throughout, from initial design and ordering, through proofs and final measurements, to production and delivery.As above
Overall the covers ordered was what I wanted. However, I supplied the exact measurements when ordering and in general they fit. However the additional excess as described in the ordering process has made them too loose. Can be tightened but they look too large like I haven't measured correctly.
The process of ordering the cover and confirmation of sizes, final designs and then sign-off was very protracted and disjointed. The use of a call centre deal with service queries meant that you didn't feel the company cared about the service you received, it was simply transactional and impersonal. The email's with spec sign-offs were lost in the snowstorm of offer emails and all got dumped int he spam folder so I missed sign-offs on the designs, delaying the process. TIn contrast I bought some specialist metal polish online from a company in Lancashire - for the same table - and the service was excellent, talked me through the different finish options, knew exactly what was best for the job I was doing and it was the same person every time I spoke to them. The emails were specific to the job in hand and I wasn't bombarded with sales emails. The ironic thing is that because their service was good and they didn't bombard me I've used them for other products since. I'm not sure I can say the same of Covers & All because I can't be bothered emptying my Promotions and Spam folders every week.
I was impressed with the attention to detail CoversAll paid to producing exactly what I wanted. I certainly will be using them again in the near future.

A tad frustrating. I had many queries about the item to be covered as it wasn't a uniform shape which I would have liked answered in a call prior to ordering, but you are shepherded to using an email. The response wasn't helpful so I made the best guesstimate and just ordered. It turns out there was an opportunity to confirm a draft design and alter measurements...phew... but no account was taken for the non uniform width shape, although I had explained it in the comments section and previous emails.
If the item to be covered is uniform then I believe the covers are good quality and would be a better fit.
