N ordering my cover via Amazon it went to the USA who in turn sent
It to there factory in India to be made.Absolutely staggered when apprx 12 days later it arrived back in the UK and fitted perfectly.
Prompt delivery and kept in the delivery loop, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor covers, including bespoke designs.

The whole process from setting up the custom size cover through to delivery was very straight forward. The cover is really good quality.
My order was manufactured very quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the quality.
The product received from Cover & All UK is top quality and is made to measure. They took the time to check measurements by sending a drawing of the product to check. So really pleased. However, the courier they used, FedEx, to deliver the package let the company down a lot. They don't provide and information about when that are coming and when you're not in it's a nightmare to get it delivered on a day to suit you. This was shame as it spoils the overall experience

I've never used covers and all before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Sometimes when you buy stuff online it's 'alright'. However. The barbecue cover from covers an all exceeded all my expectations, from initial ordering to checking measurements and delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Website was confusing and I bought wrong colour at 8pm on a Saturday. Put a request in immediately afterwards and waited for a reply. Took for me to call them and they said its already made even though the expected delivery was 3 weeks time it didn't make me panic for a time scale to change colour. It's was made the next day after order on a Sunday and deliverd.
Also yhe ties that come on each corner fell off due to weak stitching.
