I wanted a cover for an outdoor stool I had made. The quality was great and works perfectly as per my specification. It didnt matter but I was surprised the item was made and was sent from India... I had assumed it was made in the UK. Doesn't change anything but it surprised me.
I tried to use Apple Pay, and got an error message. So I ordered it again paying you directly with a card. Then I got a confirmation frm Apple Pay and tried to cancel. I call you the next business day to sort this out and was told that the orders had gone to production and I would have to pay for two covers when one was needed.
