I was really impressed. When i placed the order online i just went for a basic rectangle which would have given me a loose fit. I assumed this would be the cheapest way of doing it and hadn't really considered trying to customise it to the item i was trying to cover. However, because i included a picture of the unit i wanted to cover when i placed the order, the team messaged back asking for precise measurements - made it simple for me by annotating my picture, and in the end i received a cover that fits the unit perfectly, and it even cost slightly less (presumably due to using less material). The notifications and messaging platform on the site works really well. I am very impressed - thanks so much for a great service.

Good item after a lot of messing around getting it, unfortunately it was delivered to someone else completely but I was emailed saying delivered to me when it wasn't, no proof could be found or shown, very very luckily it was delivered to someone nice who I could get it off of, but very bad by delivery people
This was well made and good quality,however, it was much too small. This was due to a mistake I made with the measurements. I selected the wrong size. I was very surprised that retrurns are not accepted by this company. If I had realised this I would never have made the purchase. The no returns policy is not mentioned on the website. This was an expensive mistake which I won't make again.

Ordered made to measure tarpaulin. Order with a previous UK company let me down by saying in stock but wasn't but took them about a week to let me know!. Covers&All had a long lead time to get it made but in fact made it in a fraction of the time! I could follow it's progress from India all the way to my front door via Fedex - super quick and great communication - it only took a week in all if I remember right - perhaps less - tarpaulin itself is great quality. A great service and I would recommend definitely.
