I needed some changes to the position of the grommets and after a very short exchange with the customer service team, a diagram matching my needs was shared for my approval. This took place over the course of one morning and was extremely efficient. When the product arrived, it was perfect.

The website suggested the covers would be a snug fit. They are considerably bigger then I expected, and I will have to tie the covers down with bungy cords or they will blow away. It gets very windy here, so I will see how they survive the winter.

I have been looking for a custom cover for my AC unit for 2 years and have finally found one. Excellent product, service and communication.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how well my new table top cover fitted on my patio table plus it looks great as well! The material used seems quite strong and sturdy!

The the fact that I could get a custom heavy duty cover for my oven for under $200 was a real pleasant surprise. The software for customizing the fit worked well, and they got in touch with me to verify a couple of measurements that were non-standard. Once we signed off on the final design I have the cover within a week or two.
It fits very well and looks very durable. I am very satisfied.

The tarp seems to be of great quality, the only minor downside I see at first glance is the wax treatment, which is not optimal in my opinion. I already treated myself such textiles (which is a real burden when you're ill equipped as myself) and the key for a nice finish is the ratio wax/mineral oil. In this treatment, there is too much wax VS oil: the problem then is that every creases in the tarp will leave a white line (the wax cracking) Due to the folding required for shipping, my brand new tarp is already covered in white stripes in all directions. As I said, it is a minor flaw nonetheless, but I think I will still go through the whole surface with a heat gun and a spray of mineral oil to adjust the ratio. A well balanced oil/wax ratio leaves the tarp smooth and flexible while not leaving these white crease lines upon the surface. But too much oil isn't best either, as the tarp will feel greasy to the touch and may even leave wax marks on the object covered if exposed to sun for long periods of time.
As a suggestion, maybe you could review your wax treatment formula or maybe technique for a better long term finish; as I said, the tarp itself seems of relatively good quality, it is a shame that visually, the treatment spoils the finish.
I might be a little picky for this one, but for the specific need I intended for this tarp, I expected a perfect finish.

In looking for a cover for our outdoor sofa, most were so expensive and didn't fit properly. We found Covers & all and ordered a custom cover and it fits perfectly. They had a few questions to confirm all the measurements and everything came out perfectly!

It was easy to place the order, and the designers were helpful with the measures, and very courteous.

Have ordered multiple covers for my outdoor furniture from these guys. Price is good. They made them to the exact dimensions I provided. On 2 occasions they reviewed the photos and dimension I sent and asked for more detail and clarification. With that the covers came even better than I had originally drawn. These guys know their stuff and provide an excellent product at a better value than I could have bought from the furniture manufacturer. I will continue to is them for all my outdoor covers.

The range of products available (colour, different material & properties), but not too much, made the shopping easier. The process of measuring & reporting online was straightforward, again with multiple options available. The designer was really excellent at providing a design and seeking approvals, so only made the product after being 100% sure we got all the measurements right! This attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Once confirmed, we received the final covers fairly quickly.
