I order covers for a loveseat and 2 chairs. The covers I received were undersized. The how to measure section of the website says to provide exact measurements and they will add 1-2 inches to the covers. This did NOT happen and the covers do NOT fit. After several email, pictures, measurements, phone calls they denied any wrongdoing and would not replace my covers or provide a refund. They wasted my time and money and mislead me to believe they would provide a refund.

After carefully reviewing the situation, we believe that the design of your chair—specifically the wider arm-to-arm measurements and the slanted back—could be causing the cover to fit more tightly than anticipated.
Unfortunately, as no additional images or specific comments were provided at the time of your order to highlight these unique characteristics, we fabricated the cover based solely on the standard dimensions provided. We sincerely regret that we were unable to account for these variations during production, and we understand how this has resulted in a less-than-ideal fit.
Please know that we are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Also, our concerned team has offered the best possible resolution to the issue.

Outdoor sectional cover is the second one purchased, previously I got a firetable cover. Given NorthEast winters, I chose the TUFF offering. Since this is my first winter, I cannot yet comment, but the product appears to be highly durable, and I am confident having seen it.

This is my second custom tarp order. Great company to deal with. I'm in Canada and the turn around time was very quick. Tarps are heavy duty and should last for many years.

Once it was installed there was too much extra fabric around the the pellet stove, added inches creates bulky fabric, not sure how well it will weather/age

I bought 3 Heavy Duty Custom Tarps (Brown 4x6,7x6 and Grey 4x25). The brown ones are to cover my wooden fence along the carport to block the wind & snow during winter. The long grey one is to put along my driveway where I shovel the snow. In the springtime, I can then easily recover the gravel used on the driveway during winter. Before, I was using geotextile, but these tarps will do a much better job in my opinion and will definitively last longer! I'm a happy camper.

Order 3 window cushions and used the "recommended" material. Very thick canvas like material and was disappointed because this will be indoors so won't be comfortable to sit on.

It didn't come with the grommets requested (at the top and along the sides and bottom), it only came with bottom ones. Moreover the grommets diameter size is very small, there's should be a choice to choose grommet diameter size. I will call customer service to address the issue.
