Mis communication while ordering product. Had to wait longer for delivery than expected

It's our second cover that we ordered and we are very satisfied. First, for our patio dinner table and chairs and this one to replace the one that came with our propane exterior heater.
We gave the dimensions, sent pictures and specifications. Every time it was over our expectation. We will recommend it for sure.

If a customer needs grommets at specific locations, we can accommodate that as long as we know their requirements. Truly love covers & all. This is my second order and they have yet to let me down. All cushion covers fit like a glove. The color on the cushions have not faded a touch. The material itself is extremely durable. I will continue to order all my 'cover' needs from covers & all! Highly recommend you do too!

This was my second order from Covers and All. I received the covers for my conversation set 2 weeks ago and just slipped them on tonight. Over night temperatures will be below zero. As expected, they fit exactly as I expected from the patio set I ordered in the summer. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
I wished that the holes in the boundary were exactly at the same distance in the 4 clear tarps 4'x8' ordered.

My experience with order a custom L shaped cover from covers and all was great. They responded to all emails in a timely manner and were able to make adjustments to my order after it was placed. Shipping was very fast!

I've used Covers & All before for a custom made tarp. I've searched everywhere to find something Canadian made that was specific to our patio table set-up.
The website was easy to folllow and the design was custom to my needs. A few measurements and the results speak for themselves.
A few emails back and forth with the designer to confirm design and measurements. Easy as ever.

The service was truly great and good communication.
The only issue I have is that I should have added an extra 1" or two to my calculation. The specification said to give exact measurement of outdoor furniture which I did and they were suppose to add 2" to my calculation. I find that the covers are slightly too tight to put on, mostly on the bottom part of the covers. Its a bit of a struggle slipping them on. Im hoping that maybe over time they will stretch! Other than that the quality if very good.
