Well, my semi custom cover arrived for my 2008 Tracker V16! Was impressed by the weight of the fabric, color, and quality. However, it's very big! I would say approximately 4 foot to long in length and 2 foot in width. That being said, it covers the boat well, but looks nothing like the advertisement photo! I hope that it will trailer well, in spite of all the extra material. We'll see...

Boat Cover did not fit below bump Rails (ie. Gunnies), covering just the top portion of the boat. Cover Plastic Vinyl Composite was very Thin, Almost the cheapest material I've ever seen. They charged us a Restock fee, as we returned it in the same packaging as we received, after only fitting it to the boat for 15m.s. Also had to repay customs at the Canadian border. Bought another cover from Washington St. W/Support pole free. Much Higher Quality and Great Fit. This a Cheap Chinese Massed Produced Product. Not Impressed. Don't be fooled by the cheap Cost or the Return Guarantee. Don't waste your money

I purchased 2 motorcycle cover for different bikes. I received 3 and they were all the same size despite 1 being ordered for a much larger bike. Like an honest person I sent 2 back and rather than just swapping them out for me they made me purchase a bigger one. I now see that this is because they don't give full refunds. I got $53 back on my $70 purchase plus had to go through all of the shipping hassles. I haven't heard back from anyone about this. Horrible service!

I purchased a boat cover June of 2020 because it had a 12 years warranty. 3 years later the cover starts falling apart. I write to them send pictures and their response is purchase a new one at 45% off and then and only then do they produce the term and conditions of the actual warranty. Never was it included with my purchase.The warranty states they warranty material and workmanship and both have failed. There is no way I will spend over $100.00 to get satisfaction. Horrible company!

Purchased a car cover from Cover Anything within a couple of months the cover started deteriorating, made a warranty claim with photos of the effected areas of the cover.
Cover Anything rejected my claim, they said the reason for rejection was that the cover had been exposed to excessive heat. I am located on the California Central Coast on the ocean it rarely gets to 70 here, definitely not excessive heat.
Their warranty is worth nothing, don't buy from this company.

Followed their cover finder by selecting my boat year, make and model and it selected the best choice for me. When the cover arrived, it doesn't fit properly, way to big width wise. Spoke to Customer Service via email and the response was "oh it's a great fit". Really? Worst cover I have ever had, and will Never recommend Cover Anything, in fact on boating forums I am an active member of, l will capitalize on any opportunity to sway people looking for a boat cover away from Cover Anything. Cannot do zero stars, so an over-generous 1 star.

In 2019, I purchased one of their 12 year boat covers. I recently uncovered the boat for the season and discovered the cover started tearing. It was clearly dry rotted. I submitted a claim, which was denied because of "significant water damage". What good is a 12 year warranty on a boat cover that should be designed to withstand rain and sunlight without deteriorating in less than 3 years?

Needless to say, I will not be ordering another product from this company again simply because of their bogus warranty they offer.

Tip for consumers:
If you are purchasing a cover and are keeping it in an enclosed storage area, you shouldn't have an issue. Otherwise, don't bother purchasing it because it will not last.

BEWARE of this company. There is a reason "everything" is on sale.
Fit is terrible and company takes no responsibility for their product. After a few days in the rain, supported the exact same way my older cover was supported the misery started. My boat was not only filled with water but the dyes from the Chinese made fabrics ruined my upholstery, stained the fiberglass on the boat, and I even had dye drips on my buoy! They admitted it happens to older boats but continually put the blame on me. They even tried to blame to the pink staining to "pinking" which is a bacterial based stain but this was not that. AVOID this company at all costs.

We have been in constant communication with this customer, and the review posted is very misleading. The customer provided us more photos than were included in his review, showing the cover was installed over a previous cover leading too excessive heat buildup. There were no support poles used to support the cover, hence why water was standing in the cover itself -- a cover has to be supported so water can run off of the cover and not weigh it down. On older boats especially, there is a phenomenon studied by marine manufacturers called "pinking" caused by bacteria/microbes that is most evident in a warm and moist environment. There are products on the market that will eliminate the pinking and/or the boat can be left in the bright sun and UV from the sun will bleach out the pink bacterial staining. If the staining came from the cover, (1) you would see significant evidence of color loss in the fabric and (2) there would be other complaints of staining from maroon covers bought by other customers.

We refunded the customer in full and have communicated all of the above to him. Even going as far to offer USA-made Sunbrella cover to him at well below our cost as goodwill gesture. We don't ever want a customer to feel like we are leaving them without any solutions. This is why we have more than 200,000 reviews of 4.9 out of 5 or higher on all third party review sites on the internet -- we stand behind our products and support or customers. We are happy to speak to anyone regarding the pinking issue and provide knowledge and solutions on how to prevent it whether you purchase one of our covers or are experiencing pinking due to other factors. Order a boat cover from them using there website to get proper fitment. Cover I received didn't come close to fitting. Too short in length and it width. Send cover back and they will only give a partial refund stating the cover was stained. It got wet once after I had to pit it back on to take pictures for them. I dried it out in my garage and shipped it back. I guess that shows the quality of the cover seeing it get wet once and they say its stained. Terrible company. Been back and forth with them over the fitment issues since April 24. It's June 22nd now.

The great reviews convinced me to pay more for this product. They promised fast shipping, but it took over 30 days to arrive with no shipping updates from them. The cover itself looks and feels fine but not better than less expensive covers I have bought from competitors in the past, and it is too small for my car, a very common Honda Accord. When I attempted to return the cover, I was told it was past their 30 day cutoff and they could not help me. When I then asked for instructions on how to write a review, they never responded. This may explain why their reviews are so good, while their BBB rating is so much lower. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I researched before purchase if this product could be used in a mooring situation and was advised it could(CA deny this). Outside of a drawstring there is nothing to hold this onto the boat. The website has no information regarding mooring or on water applications nor does it say anywhere these covers are unsuitable for on water applications. The website says their covers are "designed to meet the rigorous challenges of marine environments". This implies they can be used on water unless all of their customers have amphibious trailering capability. Full disclosure I am in Chicago and didn't open the box until I was going to put it on the boat at the end of May. I purchased it in March so am outside their return window. I offered to pay a restocking fee. Still no willingness on their part to compromise. Given the reputation this Company claims- I'd have expected bit more flexibility in this situation. It's not a product that will do the Job and nothing on their website says clearly that this cover is not suitable for on water applications. Very misleading can't say if that is deliberate but nonetheless not the way a quality concern would operate. Bottom line I'm stuck with a cover I cant use and they don't think their reputation is worth more than the $300(less) restocking fee

Mr. P: Our pontoon boat covers are all designed for use on a trailer, however some of our customers do use them for mooring. The draw rope, straps, etc are all made for the cover to be used and secured on a trailer. Our agents are very clear about this and communicate this regularly to customers who inquire. We do not mislead on this, simply because it would result in product returns if we were not transparent how to use the cover correctly. A slight correction to your review is that you ordered your item on February 11 and requested to return the item on June 6. That is nearly 4 months of time that elapsed, well outside of our return period of 30 days. We are generally able to extend the return period to 45 or even 60 days, but 120 days from the date of purchase is not something we can offer. We stand proudly behind our products and strive to assist customers always, but reasonably within our policies, that allow us to offer top-notch products, amazing customer service, and competitive pricing. The top of the line $150USD platinum edition cover with with 10 year warranty but it fell apart in less than 3 years from simply covering the antique car in the sun and rain of Vancouver BC without ever being taken on or off.

I bought this cover in 2019 and it fit the car well and the purchase experience was good. About a year after using it in the hot south Florida sun the outer waterproofing material started to come off. This deterioration continued at a more advanced pace until looked like powder all over the car every time I took it off. When it rains it is now a giant soggy sock. I contacted the company since I only got 1 1/2 years out of it (10 year warranty) and they said they would give me 60% off a new cover. No longer a happy customer. The cover we purchased at the same time from CarCovers.com for our other car is much higher quality. So I will get another cover from them.

If I could give a -5, I would! I order a boat cover with expectations that it would fit. When it did not, I have been in contact with you all advising I would like to return and get my money back. I was told 3 times the shipping label is on the way but UPS says it is still being prepared after almost 30 days. I just want the address where you want me to pay to ship it back, I would like my full refund. I will never buy anything from you all again. I believe I Learned my lesson.

Searched multiple suppliers of vehicle covers for my antique pick up truck. Settled for Coveranthing.com and found their advertised best outdoor cover for the vehicle with 10 year Warranty. So, first if you're going to buy anything from them, you'll have to chase around their site to find what that means. It's pro-rated and within 1 year you'll loose 30% of the value. When I tried to contact them, email from their server/website and multiple calls to be placed on hold for customer service which will hang up on you in 3 minutes so you can call again. Eventually, after multiple tries, I was able to get a human by going through the phone option for purchasing. By then, I was at 65% value of a cover that supposedly was their best (outside) which shredded in less than a year. Only offer is 65% replacement value or... a new purchase of a better custom cover for over $500. The first buy was such low quality that I would not throw more money at another product of theirs. I could have spent the $ on a $200 portable garage at Harbor Freight and it would have a complete replacement in that year. I currently use one of those for my lawnmowers going on two years and in great shape. Due to the impossibility of getting either a call back or email from Coveranything.com over months, I would not recommend their products unless you're just looking for a dust cover for your antique that's already in a garage.

Know their warranty terms as it is prorated and due to low quality you'll be using it.

Received the cover months back and immediately reached out. The cover misses about 5" in the front and back so my car isn't completely covered. Happy with the quality, but just doesn't fit. When I talked to Coveranything, they discouraged going to the next size up because it would be too big. I have decided to get a cover from Toyota so it fits better. Sorry I didn't just take the larger one from Coveranything, but too late now.

In March 2021, I purchased one of their Shorefit covers for a boat with a supposed 12 year warranty. The cover didn't even last a year and half before it was dry rotted and ripping. The tear is at the top of the windshield. They asked for pictures of the cover installed and the tear, to which I sent them.

This was their response "The damage in the photos you provided are consistent with water damage, not a manufacturing defect. The warranty is effective from the date of the initial purchase and only one warranty claim may be submitted per original purchase. We take great pride in our covers and 99% of them withstand years of outdoor use with no issues. As such, your claim has been denied and we consider this case closed. Below we have included a link to our warranty terms for your reference.

Really? Water damage at the top of the windshield where water doesn't collect?

Don't waste your money with this company, their warranty means nothing!

Purchased premium 5 layer car cover for my new Hellcat. First I noticed there's nothing to indicate front or rear. Next, I ordered SRT/Hellcat design but it would appear that option was meaningless - no logo, no nothing different. And third, the cover is definitely a generic Cover to fit any vehicle the same size and its fit is so-so. I guess if it was custom fit and made in America, it would have been twice the price or more. We'll just have to wait and see how well it holds up.

Told her we changed boats and are not buying that one she stated you still have to pay shipping. Pass it on, do NOT do business with this company.

I ordered a covered that their website indicates % will fit, perfect fit, omg the cover was so big it was falling of the edge, so i asked for a refund it was not my fault your company lied about the fit
Now they are basically charging me
For the return shipping and accusing me of damage because parts of the cover is dirty no rips no tears but damage fee because your cover touched the ground and got dirty, you should be ashamed of yourself i will make sure nobody buys from you worst company ever.
