“7K Settlement against AUSTRIAN AIRLINES AG”

6/21/23

Austrian airlines for lost our baggage during a holiday stay, out of options I tried my luck with courtlinked.com. My paralegal found their agent in United State, initiated the small claims lawsuit and case settled out of court. Recovered my costs and expenses. Amazing service to have as an arsenal.

“Hostile and demeaning if you dare complain as a customer”

Tabitha T.
3/13/24

I had initially used this service to file for small claims court. They advertised as professionals and said they would do review and even attempt to find addresses of persons. I paid $169 and when they sent my paperwork it had a type. I may have made this initially I am not sure. Either way I replied that if they had professionals reviewing this should have been easily noticed. I guess they get a large amount of complaints and did not hesitate to immediately become hostile in their replies. They talked down to me and still have not made it clear whether they will honor the refund guarantee advertised also. I did not use their paperwork and don't want it. They appear to literally just copy and paste with no actual review and there's no evidence they even attempted any address location when that was also a reasoning for choosing their services. I am more upset by how quickly they turned hostile and how common this is for them at any critique, this is unprofessional to say the least. They talked to me as if I am uneducated and were extremely disrespectful and reactive. I genuinely believe they need more professionalism and to consider how they would feel as a customer being talked to in such a way, or even just a human being. I am educated but I am a mother with a disabled child and disabled veteran husband. I am busy, I needed help and I got hostility the very moment I mentioned being unsatisfied. I am disheartened they'd talk to anyone this way not just as a professional business but as human beings to another.

Our task is to research the court venue, petitions involved, rule of law in accordance to state laws and UCC Business Protocols – locate statutory of a business.

We do not conduct any individual research for an address. We are not an investigation firm and we do not advertise such service. In fact, on our website clearly states that you need the address of your defendant.

The information provided by Mrs. Tabitha Thomas was used to research the venue, draft the complaint in accordance to State Laws, and submit for client review, obtain signature, file the case and forward to a third-party licensed serving management.

On February 8,2024 (10:27AM), Mrs. Tabitha Thomas, received the petitions, did not indicate any changes to be made and questioned us if she can email back the signed petitions. Our courteous paralegal replied in under a minute of email receipt that originals are needed. Soon after, we received a chargeback notice with an email insulting our services.

Mrs. Tabitha Thomas could have asked for a cancellation in more courteous manner. Our paralegals are very professional, here to assist and we will NOT BE TREATED otherwise. My small claims court filing was rejected by the court in which it was filed citing they were not originals. I get it - courts often appear to be looking for reasons to reject filings. I returned the signed originals to Courtlinked exactly as requested. I have to assume that Courtlinked filed copies and not the originals since the only thing I gave them were original signed documents and the court rejected them as copies. Aside from the error, when I contacted Courtlinked to help resolve, they immediately and rudely responded that I must have done something wrong and I need to contact the court to resolve it. They even sugested that I somehow had not applied an original signature? I'm not even sure how that's possible, but their communication was confrontational and clear that they were not about to help me resolve. Their approach to customer service is "the customer is always wrong"

As a business, we have the right to respond.

Mr. Williams Rhodes (Southlake, Texas) received a rejection because the courthouse clerk has indicated that his signatures are not originals or cannot be verified as originals. This has nothing to do with our services.

Our emails are prompt, professional and will no tolerate any rude email remarks about the quality of our services. We receive cases from Jefferson County, Colorado weekly without any issue. Our instructions were very clear to sign the HIGHLIGHTED pages and return the originals for filing. We do not make any mistakes; if a mistake is made the case will be refunded in full.

Mr. Rhodes could have simply resigned and returned the materials for reprocessing, but has threaten to use meritless reviews against us to obtain a refund on completed research, work and materials received.

A matter of resigning and re-submission of a case does not constitute a negative review or refund on a legal process that has been conducted correctly.

I am so satisfied with their services, I will post this review. When online legal services (my attorney) and courthouse clerks failed to assist my small issue, Courtlinked handled my case from start to case regardless of the minimal amount being sought (principle of the matter). My defendant took prompt actions and this issue has been resolved in the favors of both parties. Much appreciated.

On September 04,2023, Mr. Jason Korth initiated a small claims filing in NJ. During his email questions prior, we indicated that we are not attorneys and do not review merits of case and that he should consult with an attorney as he is based in NC and the defendant in NJ over a medical Mal-practice cause of action. He continued with our filing program.

In his submitted questionnaire, Mr. Korth indicated that nature of this claim/cause of action is "Professional Negligence". From the one sentence statement provided, our paralegals professional research the venue, processed the complaint and forwarded complaint for Mr. Korth to review, approve, sign and return the petitions for filing.

On September 19,2023, Mr. Jason Korth returned his signed/approved materials for filing. Our paralegals issued the summons and sent the case for court processing. Our paperwork and case was reviewed, accepted and filed by the courthouse (NJ Case Number SSX-SC-168-23); the scope of services retained by Mr. Korth.

The service was completed by Courtlinked.com to the scope of the service obtained. Mr. Jason Korth later received notice from the attorneys of the defendant that the case he has initiated is outside the venue of small claims and or the wording he has utilized was incorrect. Mr. Jason Korth notified us and as of courtesy we submitted the petitions for him to amend the complaint.

The judge has dismissed the case entirely due to the errors by Mr. Jason Korth - nothing do with Courtlinked.com or our services. Mr. Jason Korth has now utilized derogatory emails against our paralegals, demanding a full refund and threatening to publish a meritless review.

Our services our guaranteed and we have been conducting this service since 2004 with over 100k filed. We do not ask for positive reviews received daily, keep our prices low to assist individuals obtain monetary justice using small claims and Mr. Jason Korth is not entitled to a refund. We spent time and money processing cases and his case was prepared and correctly filed.

Don't use this company. I had to return my paperwork twice due to errors. Then I was given a court date, showed up to be informed the defendant was never served. The judge told me 100% of the time a plaintiff shows up to court after using Courtlink the case isn't ready to move forward. I had to re file and now I have to find a server on my own. Save yourself the money and stress and do it yourself.

The task of Courtlinked.com is to prepare, file and manage service of the defendant via third-party licensed and court approved serving firms - service we conduct daily. We also do not make mistake or have errors - request for changes were made during the initial review stages of the documents. As for the judge, this comment cannot be verified as we have filed and processed small claims cases in El Paso Judicial Court successfully since 2004.

The case was correctly filed (case 2023CV-522 - Poole vs 1st Class Overhead Garage Door) and forwarded to the court approved licensed process server that reported the following below of non-service due to a bad address.

Courtlinked.com is simply being blamed for non-service of the defendant (along with majority of reviews due to non-service of a defendant). Mr. Robert Poole has received the sworn affidavit of non-service and Courtlinked.com has also offered to assist him in re-serving his case once a new hearing date is obtained. Mr. Poole wanted additional stakeout/investigations service - a service we do not perform. This has to go to an investigator to locate his defendants and serve them personally. His defendants are using a satellite post office as reported by Metro Intelligence.

Please do not blame our service due to the negligent to use proper discretion when transacting with individuals and businesses - in this case a business that is using a fictitious address.

We charge $89.95 to prepare, file and forward the case to process servers, sheriff's and or USPS certified mailing protocols.

This was done under perjury by a licensed server below:

September 23,2023@ 1:00PM, September 25@ 9:30AM and October 4@ 2:45PM.

The address provided by the claimant is a P.O. Box station - Postal Annex, Satellite office.

*The process was over six months. The response isn't correct at all.

I originally had a positive experience with this company. As time went on, I realized I may have been duped...they told me 30 to 90 days to get filed and to serve the defendant. I don't mind the process taking a little longer, but they said 30 to 90 days...it's now SIX MONTHS. NO COMMUNICATION OR UPDATES ETC. Beware!

Ms. Sandman, you have received your professionally drafted demand letter, which you approved and received the tracking number. You have also received the drafted court petition/complaint for the county and state you are suing and returned it to us with an approval for filing. You have had no issues with our legal services.

This review is merely on the delay and backlog of your case at the courthouse level. The 30-90 day time-frame we provide is a general time frame of what we have experienced with the courthouses in that county. We cannot rush or expedite a legal small claims filing. Your case was sent to the courthouse on: 2023-06-25 - 10:39:53; upon receipt of your signed petitions. There is no e-filing in this county. All materials are originals and mailed.

It has NOT been 6 months and all your emails have been promptly answered within the same hour.

You have received a great service, have approved all our work and this review is merely on the slow legal system.

Today, you sent us an email requesting cancellation and refund. We have agreed to your request and you have received a confirmation of this email.

However, you still have an active case with our payment that was sent to the courthouse for processing that requires cancellation and request of our payment that we covered on your case.

File 2 cases with your "company" and to this day nothing has happened. You cant answer the phone, which I now understand why with all your complaints. I filed on 1/******* and 2/16/2023. Just got off the phone with the court and they have nothing from you, I do not even have cases. I paid all your fees online, paid for sheriff service, sent in 2 money orders for $96 each and NOTHING. You had mentioned months ago you mailed these docs. I would like to simply ask for a full refund on both of my cases and I will just apply in person here in NC.

Thank you for your time.

Mr. Peter Zea,

You filed 4 cases with Courtlinked.com and all 4 cases were declined by the credit card issuer. The 2 cases that did get processed were completed and emailed to you for review and signature. At this time, you kept requesting the change of venue that you placed on your original questionnaire. After numerous of rude demand by Mr. Zea to our professional associates trying to assist him with his case, Courtlinked.com canceled and processed a full refund.

Very rude and demanding client and his reviews are retaliatory since we decided not to continue his case. Mr. Peter Zea also did file 2 cases with Courtlinked.com in 2020-2021 that were completed.

Below are the refund transaction and Mr. Peter Zea has received the petitions for CA and can proceed with the filing.

Small claims filed on a moving company that held by property hostage on the day of delivery until I paid them over what was original agreed. I had their license number, p. I just received an email from courtlinked.com they just told me they are not dealing with my cases (2) anymore and they are keeping my money ($84 x 2 and money orders for $50 and for $30, and 90 for having someone served.) I wanted the cases to be heardcin fresno ca. My paperwork was returned to me and said it had to be heard in contra costa County. They claim they have not received my paper work and are not returning my money and my second case they claim they never received my paperwork. They have dropped the ball all the way along the route with me. So now I told them im going to blow them up on social media and everywhere else I can expose them. They are now trying to pay me back $85. Only problem is they owe me $85x2 $30, $50, and $90.

Courtlinked.com processed Mr. Peter Zea's case for Contra Costa County. Our associates are professionals and understand the legal proceedings. After numerous declined filings, and final a submission the case was received. We sent you our research and prepared petitions for review. You later in a very derogatory language with our paralegal requested the venue change to Fresno Superior Court; you also added travel fees. Our associates complied and changed the venue as instructed by Peter Zea for Fresno County. The complaint was processed, the case was sent to Fresno County and rejected due to parties being in different counties; as we indicated rejection during numerous email exchanges.

Mr. Zea has filed 7 cases during the course of 2020-2023. The email communication is very rude and unprofessional for a firm that is hired to help. For his 2023 case and due to his unpleasant email communication, we decided that we are no longer going to handle his case. We provided correct petitions/case filing which was altered resulting in the rejection and return from Fresno County. A full refund was processed regardless of work done and Mr. Zea will retrieve his filing fees from the courthouse. Mr. Peter Zea also provided false information in regards to the mailing of another court case with threatening remarks.

Courtlinked.com is here to assist individuals with their small claims cases. We will not tolerate any threats or inappropriate language as we are not your defendants. Our initial processing is always correct. The venue and rejection was instructed by the claimant. Case status is always online and all claimant receive email notices along with original content by mail.

On 3/24/23 I payed this business $164.90 to write and send a demand letter, as well as file a small claims case for me.
Their website makes several promises, including that the demand letter is sent before filing a claim, in an effort to settle the dispute without going to court, as well as showing good faith if it does end up going to court.
They also promise to do all the legal work, inuding finding the right court house, filing the claim, servicing the defendant AND providing proof of service to the court. Their site claims that they do all the legal work and you "simply have to show up for trial."
Their site promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
First of all, they never created a demand letter, despite several emails from me asking when that would be done. And second, they failed to provide the court proof of service, so my case was dismissed. I received a response from the defendant, meaning they got served, I told courtlink this and asked what the next step was, and they just said it was in the courts hands now.
When my case got dismissed due to them failing to provide proof of service, I asked for a refund as well as a reimbursement for the $53 I payed to the court to file the claim. I'm going to have to pay another $53 to re file it correctly.
They said they don't refund for cases already filed and said it wasn't their fault if the defendant wasn't served. ( As you can see from many other reviews, it's never their fault. It's always yours. They're full of excuses.)
They did not offer a refund until after I sent them pictures from their website proving that they did not deliver on what they promised, and said I would be writing a BBB complaint and a 1 star review.
This is unprofessional service at best. You should not have to resort to these methods before a business provides you with the quality care and work they promise to provide. That should be there from day one.

Courtlinked.com and its associates have been processing cases nationwide since 2004. We have successfully filed and assisted individuals obtaining justice under a limited jurisdiction. We do not ask for reviews and positive reviews received daily are not published. Each case received has it process, proceedings and entities involved. This is a legal process/service utilized by individual to obtain monetary damages from entities that have refused to resolve the cause of action at hand; majority of defendant evade service or relocate. When this occurs, it is common for us to be blamed along with the failure of the claimant to conduct proper diligence on their case.

Ms. Victoria Whitaker utilized our services and paid $84.95 for small claims package (includes certified mail service) and $79.95 for a demand letter that used due to the one-time restricted mail serving approach retained. She did not pay for a sheriff or third party process.

The case was professionally drafted, proper research was done to correct the entity she was suing (her submitted questionnaire would have been dismissed as is), work/research was emailed to Victoria Whitaker and the case was signed and approved by her for court submission.

Her case was filed correctly (case# CC202309787). The filed petitions were mailed to her along with a sheet of instruction provided by the courthouse for Victoria Whitaker to conduct her diligence in regards to defendants answer, certified mail return and additional court proceeding/follow-ups. The case was served by certified mail which was sent to the courthouse upon receipt of signature from the statuary agent. The courthouse did not accept the method retained and or the deadline for the certified mail serving was not within the legal time frame.

Arizona Small Claims requires service on the defendant within 45 days of filing. Certified mail serving is not an effective method of service. If the correspondence is not signed, returned late or the signatures are not valid, the courthouse dismisses the case. Third party/sheriff service was presented, but not retained.

Courtlinked conducted everything within the scope of service with the expectation of the demand letter which was canceled pending refund after closure of case.

After numerous email exchanges. Victoria Whitaker has received a full refund and we also provided her the options to refile the case at no charge which she has refused.

Victoria Whitaker has our completed materials along with the research to refile her Case.

Every state, county and city has their process. Claimants filing cases must always conduct their diligence with us or the courthouses once the case is filed.

I paid almost $200 to file a legal adult name change. Their website is very misleading!

All I received in the mail was the paper work to file for a name change with my local court house... something I could have very easily gone to the court house and printed myself, or even found online at home and printed myself! Not to mention the fee with my court house of another $285 to file the paperwork.

They do not actually file or do anything! They simply print and send you the paperwork to your matter at hand, and charge you a ridiculous amount for it. Wasted my time and money! Will never recommend this site.

UPDATE: PER THEIR RESPONSE:

I paid 99.95 for the "service" of sending me papers, plus shipping equalling just under $200. Why should I have to inquire further details from you, when after reading your website, your terms and conditions, and your about section, which all mislead me to believe you processed the paper work. Not just sent it to me to do it myself.

Then when I sent a complaining email, I received an email back holding my refund above my head to delete this review!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Scam!!

Robbie M. – CourtLinked Rep

Hi Allysssa,

Thank you for your review.

In a courteous response, you did not pay $200. You paid $99.95 which has been refunded in full.

Second, our website is not misleading at all. Name change filings are within the responsibility of the claimant and part of the process to prevent fraud, identity theft and within the civil process. As any legal filings, courts fees are part of the process unless a fee waiver is requested by the claimant. You are not paying us for just the forms. You are paying for the support and guidance we offer throughout the process. Compared to other firms, our prices are very affordable which does not justify the work commenced.

Our firm has been conducting this service since 2004; helping adults (cumbersome reasons, gay, lesbian, transgendered) and parents (minor name changes) with a complex process of providing completed petitions and guidance. A process that many require, always wanted and need, but simply cannot afford high attorney fees. We have help change thousands of lives nationwide to receive a review like this - after a full refund. As mentioned, it is not only the prepared forms that you have receive, there may be additional forms and support that you may require during the process. Your state/county may have a simple process, but other states and counties can be difficult.

A general inquire prior to your order would have answered majority of your questions about the process, saved us time, expense and prevented this review.

All individuals should conduct their diligence and consult with an attorney before engaging in any legal service. If additional assistance is needed, we will be here to help.

Outstanding job achieved by Courtlinked.com on a CA case with an NY defendant (Nassau County). Santa Clara filing and personal service on agent of due process in NY. The team set this up and personally served the agent - very impressive for the amount charged for service in NY. Truly well done as I feared service in NY with the explanation of venue challenges in CA, I will take my chances to encourage settlement.

Without the help Courtlinked.com, I would not have won my case against my landlord. I received damages and legal expenses along with the fees paid to Courtlinked.com. Very useful tool.

Upon notice of my small claims filing via courtlinked.com defendant quickly returned my earnest deposit. Must be the reputation of courtlinked.com and or my defendant has been sued before via their site. Very impressive and a gem of a find bypassing rigorous attorney fees.

Hello,
I just really wanted to genuinely thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to us customers. Thanks to your demand letter; my things were delivered by uber and a couple of things I had were more sentimental than monetary value. I started crying I was so Happy. I'm so grateful and I guarantee you I'd never see those things again if it weren't for you all.

I wrote to your organization and paid the $79 to have a demand letter served. I have not heard anything. I emailed your organization twice and no response. So disappointed to say the least. This organization is a scam. I would like a refund on my cc.

Tip for consumers:
This site is a SCAM. It has been over a week and multiple emails later I have not heard from this organization at all. They took my monies. Please do not use Court linked.

Ms. Burns, you filed this demand letter on Thursday March 3rd, 2022 (last week) and emailed us for the status the next day. We promptly indicated that it may take 7-15 days to professionally draft your demand letter tailored to your cause of action for review and approval. Now, you have placed a meritless review and have negligently published false statements to a third party without utilizing our service to completion.

If you want a rush service with weak demand letters and correspondences, you can utilize the "pay and print" websites online. If you want a strong and intimidating demand letter, you can allow the time needed to draft the correspondence.

We wish you the best of luck!

Below here is your refund/receipt number you can track with your CC Company.

Courtlink web site says serving included with the service. It is not true. If you pay and hope your case served you will loose the case. Just mail your papers to the court and serve by court clerk for $30.00
They also do not refund your money back. Total scam. Be very careful don't waste your money and loose your case. We are going to sue courtlink for reimbursement. They did the same to my friend. Actually class action law suit they deserve.

Thank you for review Mr. Dinkcan. However, as meritless as your claims are we will still be here to assist you with a new filing with refund issued below.

On 2020-08-26, Mr. Dinkcan paid us $74.95 to conduct the filing of his case with San Diego County, plus a $30.00 payment to the courthouse.

The case was professional prepared, file and sent out for service via method he retained (certified mail - conducted by the courts).

During this process, we provided him with sheriff and or private process server on two occasions which he DID NOT retain.

The case was filed (Case Number: 37-2020-00038811-SC-SC-CTL) and the method of service was certified mail serving.

On his trial date, Mr. Dinckan received notice that the defendant was not served via certified; either Mr. Dinckan did not appear in court and or sent in
A correspondence for a reset but the case was simply dismissed without prejudice - meaning he can re-file. If a case is not served, it is not dismissed
Unless the party missed his/her hearing - the courthouse/judge simply issues another date and requires service.

An email was received from Mr. Dinckan that a new case was needed. Without asking for additional fees, we prepared the materials and emailed him the petitions along with
Simple instructions to print, attach court fees and submit to the courthouse.

During the submission of his case, our service fee was $74.95 (with certified mail serving paid and done by the courthouse).
As stated, he received numerous notices giving him an option to hire a third party as Covid19 may impact the delivery of a USPS certified mail receipt; this was not retained.

We are being blamed for the non-service of this case on the method retained by him.

We value Mr. Dinkcan and have sent another notice that we are willing to conduct the service free of charge. In fact, a full refund has
Also been applied regardless of us not being in fault.

It is not about the money! We are an honest company that stands behind each client in a hard line of work against individuals/businesses that evade serving.
