My paralegal found their agent in United State, initiated the small claims lawsuit and case settled out of court. Recovered my costs and expenses. Amazing service to have as an arsenal.
I had initially used this service to file for small claims court. They advertised as professionals and said they would do review and even attempt to find addresses of persons. I paid $169 and when they sent my paperwork it had a type. I may have made this initially I am not sure. Either way I replied that if they had professionals reviewing this should have been easily noticed. I guess they get a large amount of complaints and did not hesitate to immediately become hostile in their replies. They talked down to me and still have not made it clear whether they will honor the refund guarantee advertised also. I did not use their paperwork and don't want it. They appear to literally just copy and paste with no actual review and there's no evidence they even attempted any address location when that was also a reasoning for choosing their services. I am more upset by how quickly they turned hostile and how common this is for them at any critique, this is unprofessional to say the least. They talked to me as if I am uneducated and were extremely disrespectful and reactive. I genuinely believe they need more professionalism and to consider how they would feel as a customer being talked to in such a way, or even just a human being. I am educated but I am a mother with a disabled child and disabled veteran husband. I am busy, I needed help and I got hostility the very moment I mentioned being unsatisfied. I am disheartened they'd talk to anyone this way not just as a professional business but as human beings to another.

I am so satisfied with their services, I will post this review. When online legal services (my attorney) and courthouse clerks failed to assist my small issue, Courtlinked handled my case from start to case regardless of the minimal amount being sought (principle of the matter). My defendant took prompt actions and this issue has been resolved in the favors of both parties. Much appreciated.

Small claims filed on a moving company that held by property hostage on the day of delivery until I paid them over what was original agreed. I had their license number, p. O. box and a fictitious business name. Courtlinked actually pulled their license using DOT and filed my case and served the agent of the corp. Trial date in March - job well done.

Had to go after a negligent landlord in small claims court in Pima County, Arizona. Courtlinked saved the day. They filed and served quickly, at a building cost under what local companies would have charged. Best of all, everything was done properly and legally to meet Pima County requirements. To be honest I had never had any issues contacting and communicating, every time I had a questions I would email and usually receive had a response the same day. At the end, I was satisfied with the results. My 2nd case filed.
Could not receive any assistance for filing a case in Cook County. Courtlinked staff took my care with great urgency. Filed my materials and I have a trial call against my defendant that has been a long time coming. The courts really offer no help and several attorney would not touch the case due to a low $$$ amount.
