New members beware: Coursiv's billing lacks transparency. Despite signing up for a one-week membership, I was hit with unauthorized charges after my initial period ended. While customer support was prompt, refunds were refused. Proceed with caution and ensure clear billing terms before signing up.
First of all, I subscribed to a paid trail of 7 days. Without letting me notice at all, they continued to charge me for a monthly subscription which I never signed up for. I was shocked as I saw the transaction and I went on their website and cancelled my subscription instantly and I wrote to them to request a refund but was unsuccessful.
Apparently in their terms and conditions, they WILL automatically charge you WITHOUT you noticing it which is crazy to me.
Second of all, the courses are quite useless. If you're trying to make profit with AI, I do not recommend their courses.
The content is truly not worth the price. Complete content farm stuff.

Its been almost a month since I started and I am in love with the platform. It is easy and intuitive, I have already finished the course about AI and i feel like i became much more skilled with AI bots and chat gpt.

THIS WAS A PURCHASING EXPERIENCE THAT MADE ME FEEL DECEIVED.
I am frustrated over less-than-promised outcomes or issues with getting refunds processed.I feel like I've been scammed during my experience.The course design did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund one hour after purchase but was unsuccessful.
The official reply is as follows:
We have reviewed your situation and regret to inform you that we cannot issue a refund at this time. Our Refund Policy has certain requirements that were not met in your case. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
Follow UP:
One day later, their live customer service finally came online and promised me a refund. They requested that I take down the authentic review of my experience in exchange for the refund. Unfortunately, even if I do receive the refund, I won't retract this genuine experience. Moreover, I attempted to request a refund within one hour of payment, but it was unsuccessful. I did try the platform, but the content is truly not worth the price. The course material gives the impression of being a content farm, and while it might provide a tiny bit of assistance for beginners with zero experience, it's not as effective as advertised. I don't want to see more victims like me, so I urge everyone to be cautious truly.

First, they are using a logo similar to another company that has good ratings. However, Coursiv.io is a scam. They offer a course for $9.99 and then charged me $19.99. Then, I was charged $39.99 more a month later. I did not take another course and I did not know what the $39.99 was for as I did not sign up for a subscription to take unlimited courses. I NEVER sign up for that as I do not have time. You are not assigned an account number and there is no "purchase history" page and no way to write an email to this company. The only thing they offer is an automated system where you sign up to request a refund, thus they even know they are a scam. I guess buried somewhere in their terms of purchase amongst 30 other sentences it says this is a subscription. I even tried to see what courses they were offering if it was a subscription but could not find any. I could only find new courses to pay for. Maybe it means you have to pay $39.99/mo. To keep the simple Intro ChatGPT course active that I originally thought I was taking for $9.99. I called my credit card company and explained to them. I also finally found a email *******@coursiv.io in their privacy policy and em\ailed that address with a complaint and requested ALL my money back. Since they do not give you an account number the only thing I could provide them was my user name and email address. It's very frustrating because it is wasting everyone's time. I wrote this review in hopes of helping others to not have to go through this like I had to.
It has been a wonderful day of learning and experience.
The coursework is SO BASIC so as to demonstrate it as of ZERO VALUE.
I was expecting this coursework to expose me to new and more advanced approaches to leveraging AI in order to produce content of quality and value, but what you're doing is just going to add to the deluge of crap content in the market, diluting the value of content overall. Tell me best practices to program/create my own GPT; give me a workbook so that I can do all of that myself. Let me know what mix of AI tools and prompts are creating the best outcomes, and back that up with data regarding ROI that I can share with prospects.
There is nothing new or unique here... probably because this whole thing was probably prompted and generated in a generic way. Shameful.
I am just learning AI; so far, the lessons are simple and informative. It is also fun because the app is gamified, which helps me get back to lessons and not to lose the track
Be careful with this Coursiv offer as they do not return money and do not provide quality performance. Too expensive and useless!
If you subscribe, make sure you are happy with the quality and stop if you don't like it because they will keep charging you!
I purchased a trial with Coursiv to see if I like it. I was surprised how good the lessons are and that I can also practice my AI using skills there. A good purchase for me overall
Thank you for this amazing app, I truly enjoyed using it for my freelancing: I create UX design for clients all over the world and I learned how to use GPT-4 to my benefit. I think the interface is quite user-friendly (believe me, I'm a designer myself). The content is unique and useful. Highly recommended!
I have purchased the course when on instagram 5 months ago and I have written to you to ask you to cancel it and it is not done and you are charging me $49.99 every month. STOP CHARGING ME. Have someone coming back to me please. It has to be stopped.

The head of the Costumer Support reached out to me and ended up issuing me a refund for the purchase. So, after all, my problem was solved.
The content was extremely superficial so I requested for a refund on the same day of the purchase and they denied it saying that it was discretionary and I didn't qualify for it. When you sign up they don't mention this and just say that you have the right to a refund. Terrible content, awful costumer service and bad business practices!
I love that i can practice while studying. It is very convenient to do practical exercises in the end of each chapter. Recommend it
