Which means I paid twice for a really poor product. I can't afford this as a single mom and they've now refused my refund request citing terms and conditions that I've never seen before. There are loads of complaints about the same thing online. Please do not be fooled like I was.

I signed up for what looked like a one-off AI course, only to be charged $136 AUD a month later. Nowhere during the sign-up process was it clearly stated this was a recurring subscription and that they would charge for 3 months after the first month. I would never have signed up for it. When I reached out, I was pointed to the terms and conditions — the usual "sorry, it's in the fine print" response. No refund, no goodwill, and no acknowledgment of the confusion caused by their misleading presentation. After a bit of research, I discovered I'm not alone. It seems many others have been caught by the same vague and opaque process. If your business model relies on customers not understanding what they're signing up for, that's a serious problem. I value transparency and integrity — especially in the education space. Sadly, I can't recommend Coursiv based on this experience.
Learning The concepts. This is all New to me, but it's the future. The lesson so far are very interesting to follow. I do like the quizzes after each session that helps with the focus and understandable of the lesson. I'm Taking this course to learn rather than for career. Very affordable.
