I had just gotten the account and I didn't no anything wrong. All my receipts I hadn't used any coupons for and they deactivated my account and didn't pay me for my submissions. I'll be going back to Walmart and returning my items because I grabbed a couple items just for the rebates and they didn't give me the cash back plus they deactivated my account. Never using this site again it's not worth the trouble and I should have paid attention to the reviews.

Tip for consumers:
They should advertise the rebates if they aren’t going to give them to people

I was expecting to get $5 back of a purchase of $25 usd of GM cereal and I made my last purchase since I was just 1 dollar away and suddenly the offer disappeared and my submitted receipt didn't count for anything. This is not the first time that happened to me. They are scam, customer service doesn't care.

Loved it until they blocked me without telling me. Why? I'm not sure but I think it's because I started using a new coupon site that may be affiliated with them. If so, why can't they just decline my cash back and tell me that? Seems like a simple solution instead of blocking users.

Quotient Technology Inc. aka Coupons.com deactivated my Coupons.com accounts (without notification) right after I purchased items and submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023 so I don't get my earned cash back. I'm missing $64 in cash back. I contacted the business and they said my account was deactivated due to a violation of their Terms of Use. I asked them what specific Terms of Use I violated because I read it all and I'm still not aware of any violation, and they said I violated their Terms of Use by submitting the same receipt under other accounts or under the same account multiple times. That's completely false. I only have 1 account with them and I'm the only in my household. I told them to provide proof of their claims but they wouldn't. If I violated their Terms of Use, then why did they wait until I submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023? My last activity before the receipt submission on 3/31/2023 was on 1/13/2023. They had over 2 months to deactivate my account. Between 1/13/2023 and the day they deactivated my account, the only activity I did was submitting my receipt. How is that a violation of their Terms of Use? This confirms Coupons.com is not being honest. I always submitted genuine receipts for cashback with the correct retailer names and dates. I've been a loyal user since September 2021.What Coupons.com is doing is very illegal and unethical. Many businesses like PayPal got into deep legal troubles by withholding customers' funds for no proven or legitimate reason.

Coupons.com is absolutely a waste of time. Payouts Never come through. I clip the offer, purchase the product and then waitandwaitandwait for the cash back to appear in my account. Usually I have to reach out to Customer Service and again waitandwaitandwait for a response. Then the jumping through hoops starts with submitting my receipt, pics of the item and UPC codes. Then I waitandwaitandwait again. See the theme here? WaitingandWaiting! I believe that they want you to just give up. My advice? Stick with Ibotta. And forget Coupons.com and their ridiculously ridiculous practices.

I submitted upc bar codes and receipts for three items on 12/22/2022 and 5 items on 3/13/2023 and they messaged me on 3/19 and said they couldn't read either receipt, so, I went to the store account and screenshot the receipts and emailed them to them and then they messaged saying they couldn't pay because the receipts didn't show the price. I deleted the app and recommend everyone to be wary! They're desperate for money obviously when they can't pay the users $3.50. Never again

Tip for consumers:
I didn’t know that they would wait one month before they let me know that they couldn’t read the receipt or I would’ve kept it! Don’t throw away your receipts!!!!

Poor customer service, with form letter responses - appears to be no humans working there any longer and is run by bots.

Buyer beware and avoid this website.

There doesn't seem to be any customer service. If you send a message to them it apparently goes into a black hole and the coupon in question is removed from your app.

It will not allow me to sign in on the app, it's been 3 weeks no money in my PayPal account like they said I would get. I've EMAILED THEM TWICE LEFT BAD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE PLAY, STILL NOTHING. THE APP IS CRAP TOTAL WAIST OF TIME!

I had used the coupons.com app a few times but it had been a month or so that there was anything I used. Finally I bought 2 packages of M&Ms at CVS and submitted a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. I never got a confirmation receipt so I tried again, but got a notice that I had already submitted it. It's been three weeks and no rebate. I tried to contact the help line on the app but never got any clear answer what to do. They claim they never got it but I can't resend it. There is no phone number to call and no email to write to. I never would have bought the product if not for the rebate.

I didn't use any coupon for these items now for some reason my receipt is a little hard to read one number although the amount I paid for it shows in the balance as I ask this lady name Irene why wasn't I given the cash back she tells me I modified my receipt... REALLY... and she was gonna close my account... So I ask her please show me where I did this... No response from her no response from anyone and I wanna file a complaint against her whomever this person is but of course no number to call... Wow

I downloaded the app, went to the store and purchases numerous items for cash back. I have several lengthy receipts that I submitted. The day that I submitted the receipts, I scanned the items and they lit up as eligible items. The next day, I get emails from them that they can't process the receipt because they need to see the store, date, item, price, etc. So I rescan the receipt and go to rescan the item, now it says this item is not an eligible item. The particular item is listed in the email that they sent me, and it clearly says on the receipt Pizza Rolls, but now all of a sudden this item doesn't match. I've gotten three emails from them so far. If they continue to "not be able to process" my other items, I'm not going to use this app anymore. The camera is off when you take the picture. It says put it up against a dark background. My desktop is literally black. I also tried a black item of clothing, still cannot take the picture automatically. So I do it manually and somehow certain items they are unable to see on the receipt. This is too much for me. I went grocery shopping, so I bought a lot of items at one time. Funny how my Fetch app can read the same receipts, but this app cannot. Smh.

Apparently I've been paid several times yet have not seen one deposit in my PayPal account.
There is no way to chat or figure out why it's not working. The message said to expect communication via email.
Unless your printing coupons don't waste your time. Mobile rebates on this site are unreliable.
Never even asked to sign in with PayPal. Info is correct. Nothing wrong on PayPal's end either.
Since nobody wants to answer to this issue I have to call it unresolved and more than inconvenient. I don't do this for my health. I carefully plan my shopping trips with little money and this is one of the main ways I've survived.
I've been screwed by a well-known "reputable" company with no means of communicating with anyone regarding my issue.
TRY ANOTHER SITE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR REBATE FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER, and you'll never know why not will responsibility be taken by coupons.com. Whatever it is, it will be be very loosely -worded and implied that the error is on your end when the ONLY bit of info required is your email address.

Tried coupons.com for any discount on NFL Gamepass. Out of 10 coupons shown, none resulted in any savings offer. All merely connected through to the official NFL Gamepass website where one can subscribe at full price.
So, basically just a clickbait site.

This used to be awesome now it stinks... the phone verification is good but cmon man lol... if u print just too many coupons. Mind you it allows two prints per number so fraud is outta the question unless u got tons of cell numbers etc. we got 2 cell numbers so we print 2 from each pc legit. Now they simply ban 1 # for no reason... no wonder others are also pissed. I wish they would've just stuck with the software registration... so many innocent numbers get hosed down..

This website is a scam. Everytime I try to collect a rebate, they will send me some email about how the date in incorrect. It's a bunch of bull. I have even sent them screen shots of an item on their app, then a receipt from the same date. Still, they will not give me my rebate! They lie, and have zero costumer service. I'm so mad that I will never be able to collect the few bucks I have in there. What a waste of time. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company.

This was the best grocery list app ever. Accessed the internet looking for you item and added it to favorites. Easy to manage. Used the coupons also. They took the app down from the Apple App Store. I complained through their customer support and have not gotten an answer. Which I could buy the app and put it back up. Stupid move coupons.com.

Worst app ever! I'm not a novice to
These type of apps but I never had this many problems. I rarely had issues with saving star and the issues were always resolved promptly. This app has a lot of potential and while I don't find their redemption process seamless it could work, but it doesn't! I follow instructions, I get a confirmation and then it says the item should appear in my redemption history within 15 minutes to three days. That is an absolute LIE! It has never happened that way! It takes weeks to get the item to show up In redemption history and usually only after I have gotten the PayPal deposit. If as I am currently experiencing it has taken almost a month then I have to struggle with the worst customer service ever. All other legitimate apps I use have a fairly straightforward process to open a ticket, not this one! The customer care chat will say it can't help you and direct you to email.
It shouldn't be this hard! Please fix your app!

August 15th I redeemed a $10 rebate from a company that uses coupons.com to process/complete the transaction. The rebate was confirmed from the company. All of the needed steps (text exchanges) was completed with coupons.com. I received a text from coupons that the $10 rebate would be deposited in my paypal account. That never happened. You cannot call them to talk to someone live using coupons.com. I completed a survey which prompted a series of emails with tech support to solve the issue still ongoing after almost 3 weeks. Coupons.com has no record of the redemption in their system. I have supplied screenshots of each step of the redemption process that includes the text messages and notification that the payments would be deposited to my papal account; that shows that the order was in their system. It is not the responsibility of the customer to supply the data for them to find the order/redemptions, it is theirs! After leaving 2 voicemail messages *******600 Qoutient Technologies/coupons.com no callback within 48 hrs as the message states. It is now one week later. No response from *******@QUOTIENT.COM email address provided for coupon.com support on the Quotient Technologies webpage…not listed on coupons.com. This is not professional and the way to treat your customers!

I used to like this app, now I'm deleting it! It's no longer on my to do list. I used to go on 2x a week and add all coupons. I'm just done I'm not going to add a receipt... Really it's now Ibotta app. I don't add my receipts to that app. They just wrecked a good thing all things turned to crap 2020!

If I could leave a "zero", I would. Customer service is unprofessional, patronizinig, and downright rude. I emailed to ask about the status of my money being transferred from SavingStar to coupons.com and I was told "We are sorry that you haven't been able to fill the form before Nov 30th". Not only did I fill out the form, I also submitted my email, downloaded the app and activated an offer. They insulted me and pretty much stole the money that I had in my SavingStar account. And don't even try to submit a rebate. They will have you resubmit the receipt until you finally quit. I will cheer the day your web site goes out of business.

Can't get the stupid phone verification to work, even though it worked before. Contacted customer service and they asked me to use a different verification method, but who has a land line anymore? They should switch to email verification. I get that you're trying to track the amount of coupons being printed by one person, but why not use email like everyone else? STUPID!
