As soon as I posted a comment about their cash back exclusions, CouponCabin cancelled my account. I had been with them long enough to earn over $1,100. What kind of company doesn't appreciate constructive comments and rewards faithful customers with cancellation?
Coupon Cabin has some good coupons, but they have crazy qualifications and caps on how much cash back you can earn. In my experience, they take an average of 6-8 months to pay out. I have a verified transaction for a whopping $6.80 from October of 2017 that I still have not been paid for and the site says it not payable until 2/ 2019 - not a typo, the payable date is really in 2019!
The fabulous save $250 on $250 type deals are extremely limited - open only to the first 10 to 25 people who claim it, AND that's only if you haven't used too many other member deals in a rolling 30 day period.
I realize they are a smaller business and are trying to spread around their cash back deals to be fair, I get that. But it makes for a frustrating shopping experience. One that's easy to skip when there are other coupon sites that offer cash back options and also pay promptly.
Use Coupon Cabin for their coupons - that really seems to be their niche, but don't hold your breath for a timely cash payout.
I have earned money through couponcabin. However I have also lost money through couponcabin. I have completed tasks that I was supposed to get a significant amount of Swagbucks for and never gotten it. Two of them I purchased product. I also won a $50 coupon for a $50 purchase at Miles Kimball. I did everything I was supposed to do exactly as I was supposed to and Miles Kimball rescinded it and couponcabin hasn't done a thing to help me. I wouldn't have spent the the money at Miles Kimball except for that coupon.
User interface is very confusing to me and I've been using Ebates (now Ruketan), Retail-me-Not, Honey and others for years so I'm not new at this. There are a lot of "exceptions" when using Coupon Cabin. Can't use store coupons, can't pick-up, must be shipped, cart has to be empty when you click on their button, time limits to place order etc... at least that is how I understand it. I can't always tell when it's working or not. But when it pays, it also pays a bonus percent which is nice. They pay extra bonuses if you share an email on a social media account or download the App to your cell. It has it's good points and it's not so good points so I'm still on the fence on this site.
Works most the time, but there are some scams out there that they don't honor. Don't expect much customer service when things don't work either.

I've been a member of Ebates and MrRebates for years (also Fat Wallet but transferred money owed to Ebates). Ebates and MrRebates have been easy to use and I've saved hundreds over the years. They also have mobile apps.
Coupon Cabin promises some great cash back promos but it is a pain to use.
1) NOT mobile compatible, you MUST use desktop
2) Lots of rules to make sure transaction posts correctly ex: 1 hour timelimit, can't have any items in cart before clicking on link etc.
All the fine print and gimmicky cash back promises not found on similar sites made me think Coupon Cabin might be a scam. Am surprised to find so many positive reviews here.
I've already earned some pending cash back from CC but will probably stick with Ebates and MrRebates because those are much easier and faster to use.
This site used to be my favorite but not so much anymore. They cut back on the daily offers you could try to get and now it is very limiting so really not worth it for me to waste my time trying to get one. And now I see, as another reviewer mentioned, they noticed "unnatural activity" and have changed my payment to check. I guess I won't bother calling to ask why as it sounds like they don't give an answer.
Be careful to read the conditions. Many times you must spend the entire award on a single item. If there is any change in order (by vendor even) the cash back is void. I have twice won members only offers for Groupon and both times they screwed up the order. They refund me in credit that must be used at Groupon but the cash back is void.
That said, I have succeeded several other times.
