Website glitches cause late payments, spiking profits for the company at the customer's expense

If you have been treated unfairly by this company please contact: *******@gmail.com (countrydoorclassactionlawsuit) and share your story! In 2019 the website went down twice to my knowledge. This would prevent customers from making payments. Upon trying to simply reset the password you instead would get sent on an endless loop and eventually have to call customer service to spend hours on the phone with people who are not prepared nor qualified to help fix the issue. Then you get to talk to the credit department about late fee's. This company is a joke and a waste of time. I called to request the late fee's be taken off due to website technical difficulties. I spoke to "Joe" who said he was only authorized to identify himself with his first name. He then said "well I see you had a late fee in 2013"... I abruptly cut him off... I said so because I got a late fee 6 years ago I am a bad customer and your company will not take responsibility for its website issues and instead wishes to rip off customers? I was then put on hold so he could speak with a supervisor "Alicia". Alicia would not remove a $10 late fee. So I asked "Joe" if he knew of all the bad reviews online about the company? Is $10 worth loosing a client? He then put me on hold to speak to another supervisor, "Katie". After waiting for "Katie" she advised me there was nothing she could do as she has to go off of prior supervisors notes. So, I asked what the point of being transferred over was. She did not have an answer for me. I advised her she was losing a client for the company, that I would be posting bad reviews... writing a letter to the CEO... and do you know what her response was? "The lines are being recorded". Due to the fact that I had remained professional the entire time, recorded the call myself, and took detailed notes, I confidently responded I was ok with that as I had the same information.
