Shopping experience has been great. Shipping was good my order was split into two shipments one from the US and one from Canada. I received the one from the US within 6 business days but my Canada order is still in transit (it is now been 10 business days) I reached out to customer service on live chat (Nancy) and she explained to me why the split shipments from two different locations and was very quick to answer my questions and provide new shipping info for the order.
Product are great and quality is better then I expected for the price I payed. I'm very happy so far and will definitely order again from this company.
