After ordering a cosplay, I found out that their sizes on their website aren't actually what they are and when it didn't fit me (after weeks of waiting for it and paying a lot of money) they said that their policy didn't allow me to exchange for a larger size, and that the only way for me to get a larger one is to buy it again at a reduced price but allowed no guarantee of it fitting. Their policy is broken and their only fix apparently is for you to buy more of their stuff. Never spending money their again and would never recommend them to anybody. Horrible company!

This site actively steals photos of cosplayers who hand-made or bought from elsewhere and claims them as their own. They will take a costume photo, put their logo on it, and claim that it's their work when it's not. Please exercise caution and inform anyone you know if their photo is being fraudulently used.

Shipping was amazingly fast, but when I picked up the box, it felt like there was nothing in it. I was a little nervous at first. I cut open the million layers of tape and found many broken pieces of styrofoam. This got me a little frustrated. My hopes lifted a little when I saw a glimpse of pink through the bubblewrap. I pulled the ball out and unwrapped it, to find an unfinished, poorly painted and poorly glued, foam headset. The paint job was atrocious, the microphone was a different color than displayed in the listing, the flowers are thick in the middle and taper off towards the end of the petals. I'm gonna try to send it back and get a refund but if I don't there will be hell

I make it a point to give a business the benefit of the doubt until I personally inspect and evaluate an item I've purchased from said company.

It really DOESN'T get much worse than this place. I'm almost convinced that every cosplay site in China is just linked to every other one in some giant factory. And the actual truth to the matter is that over in Asia, gold farming in online games, cheap sales scams, and mass cosplay sites over there are literally the equivalent to an American working at McDonald's. It's how they pay for college sometimes, as well. OTHER countries may see it as stealing money and false advertising, but to them? It's just another day cheating out stupid people.

The wigs, accessories, costumes, (etc.) All the quality equal to a homeless man's shirt. I cannot find a single redeeming aspect to this dealer.

This cosplayfu.com site is totally a nightmare! Got my costume after 1.5months of waiting, emailing them for many times without much responds keep telling me there is delay on making the costume. Okie, now I got it and it don't look like the picture shown on their site! The material and cloth used are very cheap and bad quality. This is horrible and I want a refund that they said there will be a refund guarantee. I emailed them and they said there is no refund for used costume! I never used it! Stay away and this is terrible! They are a scam, and don't buy from them!

I have been overjoyed by my outfit. Sure ive done some digging on this site and found some pretty bad reviews but apparently thats all in the past. My outfit came at least a week earlier than expected and it was made to perfection. The materal used dpesint feel too cheap except in some spots like the pants. My boots actully fit and dont feel cheap at all. I did pay for expedited shipping and i did send them pics for poportions and i did hasel them a bit but overall i am pleased and will do buisness with them agin.
