I purchased the Cinderella heels and where the arive, the were very cheaply made, the top clearly was glued on because there was glue everywhere. They fit small. I tried to ask about returning and was told to send a photo. I did, not understanding why, and was told that I would have to pay for shipping to china which will cost just as much as I paid for the shoes which was nearly $100 after shipment! Ridiculously over priced. I am now sick with these shoes and I will never give this copy another cent!

I bought Kill Bill The Bride Yellow Cosplay Costume.
The box arrived later than expected, although I chooses express.
And the package is crimped.
The clothes is average quality but the price is much cheaper than local shops.
For the quality I rate 4 stars, for the service I rate 3 Stars.

I ordered a Klaus Thompson hoodie 1 month ago. They took the money out of my account right away BUT... I haven't received the hoodie. They sent an email on December 17th saying the package had shipped with a tracking number. When you go to dealcosplay.com at 1st it said I had no orders to track now it says website can't be reached. I've tried tracking it through usps.com but the last update was December 22nd and it said it's been processed for shipping at the facility in China. I've emailed several times and get the run around saying wait 5-10 days for update on tracking. This is ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Dont order anything from here! No mention that everything ships from china. I paid for 3-6 day shipping and it didnt even leave china for 10 days. There is no phone to call and the response time to email is 1-2 days! Could have bought the same thing on ebay for 1/2 the price and at least would have known it would be 2-3weeks shipping... the absolute worst!

Never answering customer service by email and phone, because why? They're in China. No refund, no answer. Do NOT USE This China site.

Please please do not fall victim to this site. I purchased the Go Go Yubari from Kill bill from this site, and paid for faster shipping. Not only did they not ship my items on time... like waaaaaaay past the expected date which made me incredibly suspicious. So I requested a cancellation because my guts were screaming something is wrong. They sent it out the end of the next day that I requested a cancellation without responding to any of my messages so that the order "could not be cancelled". When I finally received it at the post office and checked it out. It brought me to tears, It was covered in stains, the colors were wrong, it smelled, covered with white chalk markings, pockets were crooked, and the material quality was just so poor. The worst possible scenario. I ordered it from the beginning of Feburary 2016 and still trying to deal with them. They did not include any paperwork nor address to return it. They claim you simply need to ask customer service to have permission to receive the return form. Their return policy sounds friendly but it is a trap. They will never answer your messages. Please save your money and mind. Total scam.

I ordered two custom sized outfits for my daughters. I paid for the 7-10 day shipping. The site stated that there would be a 4-7 day processing time. I placed my order on March 25,2014. It is now April 27th and we still have not received our order. I have heard from them two times, after I emailed with questions on why it was taking so long. I do not feel they have good customer service. The tracking information states that my order was sent out April 13th, but still has not left China yet. I live in the U.S. When I emailed them about why, they stated that shipping is out of their control. I understand that, but why offer different shipping options if it is out of their control? I paid $30 more for the 7-10 day shipping and I will not be getting a refund of any sort. I will not buy from them again.

Slightly better product quality than MOST other places I've tried ordering from, but being 2% above the majority doesn't mean it's worth dealing with at all.

Unfortunately, with the incredibly high demand for cosplay outfits and accessories, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to take individual care and quality inspection into consideration for every single costume. People have to realize that their business is NOT "special" or "more valuable" than the next customer to these dealers. I'm sorry to say that what you see is most certainly NOT what you get these days...
