I placed an order with Cosmetis in March with a shipping address in the USA. After waiting for four months with no delivery and no updates, today I received an email telling me that my package is in Colombia and that I need to pay Colombian taxes to receive it! I never authorized shipping to Colombia — I never even ordered to that country! This is clearly a scam — they take your money and then either do not send the products or try to trick you into paying extra fees for shipments you never requested. Avoid this website — it is completely unprofessional and fraudulent. I will be reporting this to Google, consumer protection agencies, and my bank.
