We were in a time crunch to get our house rented so we opted for what we thought was full service at $500. We were encouraged to list it for far too much money and received almost no help and no follow up at all. Had the house on the website for three weeks and received zero leads. Ended up renting it through a neighborhood contact. At the end of the year I received an email asking if I want to renew the listing!

I have beautiful luxury furnished apartments, and I wanted to cast a bigger net, so I signed up with CHBO! I haven't got one lead, and in addition, I can never speak to anyone. Based on the other reviews, I can't believe they are still in business. They promised a YOUTUBE video, and I have heard nothing. I'm reporting them to the BBB asap! You should too, BEWARE!

I found a property on corporatehousingbyowner As a business owner I have clients that come into town weekly as well as employees and I am looking for corporate housing. I proceeded to call corporatehousingbyowner and was answered by a representative named Eric, upon our conversation I let him know I was interested in renting up to a year for my clients who come into town weekly. I was told in a very unprofessional manner that they do not offer this service and was hung up on. I called them back to clarify because I've used corporate housing before and I didn't understand as this company offers corporate rentals and I was rudely hung up on again. I would definitely not recommend this company as their professionalism and customer service are by far the worst I have seen in a very long time.
