Said a payment had not been made, so i went ahead and re-orded, then after second order was made, two items are delivered; called again only this time told that payment was pending and could and would be cancelled next morning. Next day called again, to find out whether the payment had been cancelled, not so, as no pending payment could be found. An offer was made for myself to make a complaint about this, and even though the guy was calling myself by my name, and i had been passed through, which means he had my details on the screen, could not help himself in makung sure his job was safe by asking some more details of myself - I of course baulked at this, was not going to be used, ended the call, and the next day, made a complaint through the FOS, and am waiting for this bank to do the usual, which is we have done nothing wrong;)
