I paid for fax tracking however you emailed to say it couldn't be done and you would refund me the difference ( which I have not had confirmation of) and the package took about 10 days at least. This is the first time it has happened and was disappointing. Other than that everything was fine but. Could you please confirm you have refunded the postage

Your re-order option did not allow me to change the quantity I wanted to buy. Is this a bug? It would be good to be able to re-order the same lenses as before but in different quantities.

Disappointed that you said there were no hidden fees, no taxes, etc. and then you added an "insurance fee" and didn't mention it until I reached the final submission of the order. When I do comparison shopping, your site was the best, but then after shipping and insurance...no difference. Also, why do you only have negative sphere choices in the pure vision prescription colours?
