A disgrace to consumer bloggs
June 22, 2016

I joined the site years ago but had little activity on it because of not being comfortable with some actions apparently by site 'staff'

Over the last few months I became more active for a couple of reasons, and found my concerns to be all true.

Dont get me wrong, there are some good people on CAG, and some help given, but those that abuse the site as a simple platform for their own personal interests, and do it hidden by the sites anonymity for staff interventions, mean that ALL site staff are implicated.
As stated by the other reviewer, the quality of the help and advice is very very mixed.

I have seen what appeared to be completely reasonable posts simply deleted without warning, yet clearly biased, wrong or blatantly lying posts left untouched, seemingly just because some site team member does or doesn't like it or agree with its point of view,

Threads trolled into meaninglessness by one particular site team member to suite his own political stance (probably not even that and just because he can)

Thread titles changed to demean the thread (although undone at complaint) when a site team member held an apposing political viewpoint

Posts you make can be deleted or worse still amended after you have written them, with no notification and *nothing indicating a site member has modified your post.
When noticed and challenged, the 'site team' just refer you to their rules which say they can.
So You simply CANNOT be sure if what is in a post was what was written by the poster.

And worst of all a bailiff advice section that seems clearly run by some bailiff company promotion team, where very reasonable and valid questions are simply deleted and blatant warnings from a site team member that look like threats at the postings.

Darned ridiculous and a disgrace to consumer bloggs.

Slight update.
I have looked into the bailiff side of CAG a little more as what had been stated to me there by those apparently supported by the CAG site and staff simply didn't make sense,
And have very quickly found areas of immense concern.

I would strongly suggest that anyone with issues with bailiffs or Enforcement Agents should NOT trust any help offered on CAG, and MOST CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT GIVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION to anyone there. Look elsewhere.
