I received two hard hats with broken suspensions and have been unable to get a reply from customer service after three emails.
I tried to change the size on the order 12 hrs after oder was placed. Was emailed it couldn't be done.

It's fitting okay but it's doesn't pass the ESD!
I have to wear the ESD strap on top of it, I don't feel comfortable at all.
