I bought 10 masks from them, but they came in a ziplock bag unmarked. They appear to be counterfeit. I did a return and they charge a 8.95 service fee, so that coupled with their $7 shipping fee, and for spending $28 with them, I'm getting $12 back. What a rip off

When it comes to fall I always buy a new pair of shoes. I'm tired of visiting various stores offline, because it takes too much time for me. I have to spend almost 3 hours in order to get to my destination, thus I started to think about visiting online stores which are specialized in fall/winter shoes. I found this one in the internet due to the request in browser, so I ordered one pair of great shoes and it was delivered really fast. To my mind, customer support team here is awesome, they helpe me a lot to fulfill my task. So, I will definetely apply here once again because shoes here ar very durable.

They have an option to pay 30.00 for next day delivery, but you actually won't receive them till after four days almost a week. They stated that the next day delivery is the next air day, but that is not what a customer see as they are purchasing to get it for the next day. They canceled my order, with me requesting it to be cancel, after I complained about their false fees for next day delivery. Thee Worst Customer Service! I will never ever shop with this particular company.
