The connect broadband connection is unstable and their service is most the pathetic one. Everyday it got disconnected frequently and the speed fluctuates in low range. And they charge you more when you try to disconnect their service. I asked them to disconnect my connection on 16th Aug and they acted on it on 21st August. I have email conversations where i ask them to update bill till 16th and i will pay and now they sent me message of legal action for not paying excessive amount and also 2500rs extra for legal charges for settlement. I repeat never have this broadband as their service and behaviour is pathetic and they cheat people.
