Concorde fitted me in at short notice for an mot,(always forget about mot) the friendliness of the staff was very good and the mot inspector had time to talk over any concerns that I had ,all in all very pleased. (My car did pass)

Both my cars went for service there in May 2016 and I was completely let down with the quality of mechanical and customer service, not to mention outrageously high prices - this coming from a company that states they can beat official dealership prices....right! I paid £130 for fluid top-ups and an oil filter!!! (No oil change was requested). I had requested that some checks were done on the throttlebody - nothing! When I complained to the head office they called me back, left a voicemail and I was then left chasing them for over a week!!! Run away while you still can, they are truly appaling!
Tip for consumers: Run away while you still can!
