Instructor extremely well informed and great communicator.
My only nit is that when a soft spoken person asks a question he should repeat the question so that the rest of the students can understand what the question was.

Excellent Experience with my instructor the people at the front desk. I came in a few days before my appointment with my instructor and they explained the rules and let me select my handgun rental. My instructor was patient in going over loading, holding, stance, and all things in the shooting process. It was a great experience and everything went well.

The instructors were very helpful and with a lot of knowledge, they answer all our questions and were there always willing to help as much if we did not understand something completely.

Wow. Very informative. Learned a ton of information and Doug was great. My girlfriend and I were very pleased

What I learned really was extremely helpful. All the laws and what comes with concealing. This course was s as an eye opener I know now what my responsibility as a gun holder. Thank you for sharing your expertise knowledge with us. I will definitely continue the education

A lot of information but well worth it and well presented. I thought it was going to be a long three hour but I enjoyed it. Engaging presenter and he did awesome.

Instructors were down to earth and friendly. I was impressed that they bought us lunch and wanted to make sure everyone was ok with choice for lunch.

Yates is a very good instructor with a sense of humor. The class was not so boring and full of good information.

The material presented was easy to understand and any questions were answered by the instructor. When we got to the range, the instructor was very professional. He checked each student to make sure they were following range rules. At the end of the session he again checked each participant to make sure that they had properly cleared their weapon. He was very professional and friendly. The whole experience was very satisfying.

I am happy with the training I received. The only thing I would recommend is to slow down on the slides if you want us to write down key points. Also, get a new remote for the controls for the slide show.

Class was very informative but was also a fun experience as well.

It was great. Really enjoyed the expertise the teacher possessed. The classroom interaction as great as well. I would recommend Jody for anyone trying to get their permit.

They were very thorough even tho it was a shorter class. The real stories and accounts of stuff was insanely helpful.

Learned so much from the class, Mr Yates was very helpful on any questions and gave full descriptions along with detailed info.

I am very happy my husband & I took this class. Not only did we learn gun safety, we learn our liabilities. Every responsible gun owner should take this case even though you don't want to conceal a weapon. Truly makes you think about your actions & the actions of other.

While the topic was serious, the instructor kept the participants engaged and injected some humor into the presentation, which kept my attention the entire way through the course.

The instructors were very knowledgeable and patient with our class. I have never held a gun and I was very nervous at the gun range but they were calm and very helpful. They didn't make me feel like an idiot. I would recommend this course to others.

Instructor Yates Crawford really knows his stuff & is very engaging. He really gave us a lot of knowledge and will definitely answer all questions. He even helped out the less experienced shooters with the proper techniques on how to shoot the firearms. I recommend anyone to take Yates' class.

This class was GREAT! It was very informative and even tested the participants' knowledge and retention. The gun range experience was excellent.
