The classroom work was very informative and I'm glad that your instructors were so knowledgeable. Their presentation was great and useful for my learning experience of concealed weapons that I'm going to be carrying again. Thank you for the opportunity to learn from their knowledge. The only thing that didn't sit well was, the cheap holster that was sent to me and charging me $29 that I didn't authorize. I'm also not the only one your company did this to. I also found out that you sent to some of the students in the class, the same holster for free. One student had the same holster in class. I'm going to call your office and want a refund after I return the holster.

Having the class at the NRA was cool in and of itself it reminded me that I have to take a trip with my children to the gun museum as I had done it many many moons ago with the Boy Scouts. Class started on time, The room was comfortable and gave each person enough space so that everyone was not on top of each other. Our instructor Grace Boatright, Was awesome. From the moment she introduced herself all the way straight through to the end, She was not only informative, but super insightful, Was quick and eager to answer everyone's questions she was humorous, Knowledgeable, Authentic, And super easy to relate to, Along with being dynamic and holding everyone's attention throughout. It was her third class of the day and I was thoroughly impressed with her energy and dedication to being as fresh as someone just walking in for the day ahead.
The other gentleman/instructor I believe his name was. John was also very informative and chimed in quite a few times giving some amazing feedback related to the subject matter. The only thing that I was able to smell very early into his presentation was that his main focus and objective was to sign up as many people as possible for the insurance packages. Not to say anything negative about the product and it's Benefits however he really started to lay it on really thick towards the ladder 10 or 15 minutes of his already well presented case for the insurance, Indicating to me that he was a salesman, rather than just providing useful information. I did not take offense to it, But I could clearly smell his objective, As it was to get as many people as he could to sign up right then and there, As he probably works for the company on commission or if not is provided a sign on benefit for anyone he refers. I say this with absolute certainty because My business runs on sales and is driven by models very similar to the ones he was utilizing.
Regardless, as a whole, I am thankful for the information I was provided it was useful. It was insightful, and hopefully will keep me out of any trouble or mishaps Into the future. I also want to point out that the slide presentation, Was very modern and current and didn't seem like something straight out of the 80s. So kudos for them providing a current media presentation. Hope my feedback helps.

My husband and I took the class together. We learned a lot about concealed carry, which we expected and enjoyed. We also learned about diffusing situations to avoid using deadly force, the legal side of carrying concealed and using a weapon! Questions were carefully and respectfully answered. The instructors knew their subjects and were animated and enjoyable to listen to.

All in all, I'm very happy we took this class and look forward to getting our concealed carry permits.
