Informative safety guide lines understand the process
It was very informative but the instructor needs to speak up for the hearing impaired and slow down. He gets paid per head and was rushing through because of the next class already coming through the door prior to being finished. I would recommend a 4 hr class with at least an hr in between classes.
The class was well attended and the presentation was well worth the experience. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the material in plain simple terms. He encouraged class participation and answered each question asked. He did not glorify the use of a concealed hand gun and, in fact, explained in detail the negative consequences of displaying or use a weapon. He also presented alternatives to the use of a weapon. It was a good job, well done.
I was made aware of the heavy responsibility one has when licensed to conceal carry a weapon. Additionally, the class opened my eyes to the legal obstacles/consequences one will face after choosing to shoot to defend oneself.
Mr. Alex droski it's a good teacher. He explains a lot I was always scared of guns. I appreciate the time. The knowledge of all guns made me feel good. Made me feel like a cop when I left. I love the confidence.

Great location and meeting room
Be aware! The customer service is terrible. I received a renewal email, and I tried contacting them on the last day, but they are closed on Sundays. I called them on Monday morning, and the AMEX charge was still pending. They refused to reverse the pending charge and said they couldn't. Of course, they can reverse charges; they are choosing not to. Patrice in "customer service" said her supervisor would not take calls. I cannot no longer carry due to physical circumstances. Please do not use them!
From start to finish the process was seamless. They truly made the experience one that was educational but not Boring and we're very willing to work with you on your schedule and had plenty of available meeting sites to do your testing at I fully recommend them if you ever wanna get your concealed

I entered this course with mild trepidation. Another long, boring lecture about gun safety. Not at all! James did a fantastic job of carefully and clearly explaining the legal landscape for self defense with respect to weapons. Coupled with access to the other training courses from the Concealed Coalition University, this is an opportunity for for every gun owner!

The class seems like a long two days when you sign up. The class actually goes extremely fast because of the great instructors that make the class interesting by allowing class input and encouraging class participation. It is a very informative course.
