If I was a youngster and not been using guns since 1960 it's worthwhile. Since I'm 80 yrs old and using revolvers and pistols this long it's a ripoff. BUT, it's the easiest way to start the process of obtaining a carry permit in IOWA after moving back to my hometown. PROVIDING the sheriff's office accepts your documents
