Mike did a great job with the class. He was professional and personable and offered a lot of useful information.
It is 3 out of 5 over all. The screen monitor was not large enough to see the letters from the back rows. The sign up for attorney protection went active too soon, because I'm allowed to have conceal weapon yet. I finally got my fingers printed and turned in the application. You guys kept sending emails and text to the wrong name. I notified you guys via emails about 5 times to change he name. I left at least one voice mail regarding to this. Finally somebody called and fixed.

You all should you really care another about us. It not about just having a gun. But how you handle it and the responsibility too...

Mr. Coates demonstrated professionalism and knowledge; answered questions concisely. Made sure that everyone understood the laws, safe handling of firearm, etc.
Very engaging a lot of knowledge. If it ends out on safety when controlling a enough patience when it's time to go shoot. Supporting each person it came in class better understanding on weapons.
When you come in the guy introduces himself he brings you in he explains the rules and he steps back I'll let you shoot off a few rounds and then he will approach you let you know the right and Wrongs about the way you hold your gun or stance and other different things. I thought he was gonna help out with the permit. Form?
K.C. Brown as an instructor was spot on, you could tell right away he knew what he was talking about. Throwing different scenarios at you to help understand and convey a point was great too. Easy to communicate with and attentive to any and all questions asked was refreshing to see. Up front and honest in all the information given to us knowing we were in an information dumb and would kinda be overwhelmed, but also giving us the tools to continue our education on everything gone over. Will be recommending this to others in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Our teacher, K C Brown, was very knowledgeable and was a great teacher. He tried to make the class fun and yet did his job completing the syllabus.
I really enjoyed the class with Alton as my teacher! The class size was manageable and he gave us what felt like one on one teaching.
