Our instructor was enthusiastic and brought real life scenarios and experiences to the program that made it much more relatable. He was enthusiastic, had a great sense of humor, and still pin pointed things that are more important than just obtaining your conceal and carry license without considering other factors that affect us as human beings.
The trainers were very professional and detailed in explaining the do's and don't of operating and maintaining a fire arm. I liked the hands on training as well.

My wife and I took the class after moving to Colorado and needing to update our CCW here. James was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and shared many situational stories to help make the subject matter relatable. The three hour class felt more like an hour.
James was well informed. His teaching style added to the value of the course. He fielded questions personably and helpfully. I appreciated the info he gave us abt other Concealed Coalition courses, especially on Pepper Spray as my wife is new to carrying the spray.
If you say call me and I will call you back myself. Call the phone number and it states that the answering machine would not be checked and to text him an he will get right back. So the you have to sign up for contact with all you info and agree to their term. My 2nd amendmenrs are being tramped and you send me a pistal hold. What a joke. Please don't get screwed out of about 130.00.

Does show the policy and other important documents until after you pay and you don't even know what you're paying for at the time before paying. Once you start to process you're screwed.
Had a great experience at the Carle Place class. As a gun owner for many years, the first day of class was all review for me, but an essential part of safe and responsible handling of firearms. The second day is where KC really shined, sharing personal stories and experience while engaging the class in discussion and debate. I have already recommended this class to my friends and family who are looking to ccw. Live fire class was easy, quick and efficient.
It's was informative and clear direction, professional yet light hearted in the class room. The range was very strict but straight forward
Without question our instructor was a professional. K.C. Brown delivered at and on ALL aspects as to what responsibilities one MUST accept should that individual be awarded our constitutional right to carry. Proper firearm safety and operation was continually emphasized. Deescalation methods toward simulated scenarios were collectively discussed. Legal review of must know Article 35 NY as well as Federal laws were highlighted. There was much more other than the obligations mentioned above. I highly recommend K.C. Brown as a firearm instructor. Looking forward to taking additional instruction he offers. Dr Tony M Ceccacci.
