Called Rich one morning to have my website fixed since it was hacked. I must say he really knows what he is doing in no time at all my site was back on line all malware removed and my web site updated and protected to prevent any future hacks. Thanks Rich you are a true professional! I would highly recommend using this service. Actually wish more companies delivered a service as quickly and efficiently.
Computer Geek host my site, after taking over from the previous host. They bill me every other month for twice what the other host billed me, which was high to begin with. The main and current issue I have with Computer Geek is they never, ever respond to my emails. Since the changeover, I cannot make changes to my site because I get an error message that it's not connecting to the host. Basically after owning my site without issue for 10 years, it is now useless. I have submitted numerous 'tickets' on their site, but get no help and NO RESPONSE. It's like my site is being held hostage. I am now working towards moving my hosting to GoDaddy, but cannot download my site because I can't connect to the host. They are ruining my business and my ability to support myself. They just sit on their asses and take my money and I have no control over anything. I hate Computer Geek, and want out!

I purchased web security for my oscommerce website for $380. After it was installed I noticed several files were locked down and many files altered. I emailed Rich Agnew (installer) to find out what files were altered during the install just in case I needed the info in the future. We have been working on the site for 4 months and I did not like not knowing the all modifications. He informed me that I did not have the skill level to know this info, and he felt that by providing the information to me that I would just break the site! I don't know where he came up with this, but it is MY SITE and even if I wanted to break it, it is none of his business! He refuses to give up the info and I am now having to have my credit card company file a dispute since he told them he is not obligated to give this info. I am livid, he has made it so he is the only one who has access to certain files on my site. I am going to re-install from a backkup and hope I haven't lost too much, then pay a more reputable company to install security since at this point I don't know what he installed on my site.
During the summer of 2012, Donna hired us to secure her website. We installed our website guardian onto her website host. The website guardian is a combination of active and passive security methods that are very effective against hackers. We did not alter any of her existing website files and we left the website working 100%. After a few days, Donna managed to break her website. We fixed it for free even though it was not related to our security software. After another week or so, Donna managed to break her website again. We were not in the office that weekend and Donna became increasingly agitated. Donna demanded to know exactly how the software worked. This is proprietary information that we do not release for security reasons. Donna tried to do a charge back against us and after hearing all the facts, the credit card company eventually sided with us.

This is a simple case of a new hosting customer that refused to pay their invoice. We left the hosting rate the exact same as what they were paying before. Gigi never paid her hosting invoice and her website was eventually suspended (for nonpayment). After several months Gigi returned looking for a copy of her website. The website had already been purged as per company policy. Sites are purged thirty days after they have been suspended. Every email and phone call had been responded to in a timely fashion.
