they explained what the knee brace was for Thank You The only problem is I PAID $9.89 to have delivered in 2 to 4 days and did nit receive almost a week later because shipped from manufacture did not get e-mail letting me know it would be delayed. Did me know good to pay extra for 2-4 day delivery.
They charge your card then don't ship the item. You have to keep asking them where the item is to which they reply with "shipping shortly" "shipping sometime this week"... I purchase items all the time online and this is truly the worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING - EVEN IF THE PRODUCT APPEARS CHEAPER! Horrible horrible horrible company.
Stay away from CompressionSport.com from Vernon Hills, Illinois. They can't deliver on time and then aren't responsive when you try to cancel. Ordered product over 1 month ago and still haven't received it. Tried to cancel after 2 weeks and they said they would speak to management and I assumed it was taken care of but now the product is being shipped and they won't give me anything other than a store credit. Customer service doesn't answer the phone so you need to chat online. Stay away from them unless you want to get ripped off.
Ordered 2 compression socks for my plantar fasciitis. Only received 1. Contacted customer service numerous times to no avail. No response. Not holding my breath. Disputing partial credit with my credit card company.
Ordered compression sleeve on 3-12-2016 and paid extra $9.95 "Express Saver" shipping in hopes of getting it sooner. Never saw any updates to the order when I checked their website. Finally, after it didn't ship in 4 days, I ask for a update via online chat and was told the item was on backorder and would ship next week. Next called customer service and waited on the line 30+ min with no answer. On 3/16 I go to online chat and they said it would ship next week some time. I said I had requested it be cancelled and was then told it would ship today and they could not cancel the order. Also on 3/16 I have waited on a call to customer service for 15+ min with no answer.
Spoke with online support chat rep about 11:00 am on 3/17. Rep first said item would ship some time next week. I said I want to cancel the order, her response was she couldn't cancel the order because it was shipping today (3/17). Went from next week to today in less than 5 min.
Later I called their customer service and after being on hold 12 min, Arm*** answered. He stated shipment would be next week, on backorder, I then requested it be cancelled. Armondo stated he would issue cancel order request at 11:21 am on 3/17.
At 1:38 PM on 3/17 I get a email from Compression Sports that my order had shipped and should arrive 3/22 via what appears to be standard UPS shipping, even though I paid $9.95 for express shipping. Shipping is from another company even, some Medical Supply?
I do not trust this company.

After calling a # of times and getting no answers I called Visa to hold payment, the product is not marked with the size only the container is marked, I ordered a large that is to fit 36 to 52 waist I have a 50" waist and the item I rec. is about 10 to 12" short, the belt is 42" long not even close to fitting, so please get back to me asap.

ordering the knee brace was very simple I received it earlier than expected and begin using immediately.
The first time I ordered online on your website, my credit card was hacked. That was the first time it happened to me. Hopefully, it won't happen again, or else I have to wait for a new card, until the credit card company clears it up.
I initially had some problems with signing in but realized I had to give it some time to process my password change. After that everything went very smoothly.
Fast delivery, good price. Had to exchange size, were very accommodating and quick to exchange item.
Shopping was easy. It will only be a real success if the products are good when they arrive. The sizing if off. The site has sizing charts that have a crossover. 34" waist is listed in M and also in L. The products are useless to me but the cost of exchanging makes the option not worth while. Beter to just shop at a store where items can br tried on even when more expensive.

Ordering online was great...unfortunately I did not re-confirm my order and ordered the wrong size brace. That was my own fault...but due to that fact...the brace I should have had in 2 weeks is now taking 4 weeks to receive and I am having to pay thru the roof for shipping charges. I will make sure and double / triple check any future orders. The process for ordering and returning are very smooth and easy...just the waiting game is quite tedious. I gave the brace a low rating as it did not fit...hopefully the next one will receive a great review! Thanks

I placed my order on 10/04/14 and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. It took 10 days to receive my order. I called on the 13th and left a voice mail and never got a returned call. On the 14th before receiving my package, I called customer service. I was told there was a back order, thus the delay. I requested a refund for my speedy shipping, which I did not receive and was told I would not be refunded but could send an email to customer service. I sent an email and have yet to get a response. NOT HAPPY with the service. Very happy with the product and price.
Experience was good. Representative was responsive to my questions. Hopefully the product does what we need it to do since there are no refunds :-(
