Love them! They do the job. Had no swelling or pain in my legs the whole time I was at work and on my feet for 8 to 10 hours.
I sent a return and they lied about my having worn them, I only tried them on once. They used a fake photo of some other tights. They argued about the returns then when they finally issued a credit it expired within 2 weeks. Plus the amount of postage they deduct for returns is excessive. Customer service people are rude and deceptive. DO NOT ORDER.

Don't order anything if you are not 100% certain that you want the item and it meets your needs. Return policy is horrid... Limited to exchange. They quote 30 days, but then say 15 and will count days from the day of purchase regardless of mail/shipping delays. Poor customer service and handling!

Do Not purchase from this site. UNFAIR AND AMBIGUOUS RETURN PRACTICES!. Just rec'd the product today, April 20,2021 and never tried on the product. I needed to check the item for thickness as I live in Florida. Opened the self closing plastic bag to check for thickness. Too thick. Immediately called customer service to report the problem. They were very nasty and refused to refund my money as per their refund policy. Offered me either exchange or store credit. This is unacceptable. I spent $146 - $8 + for extra postage to receive the item quickly. DISPUTING ON MY CREDIT CARD AND CALLING ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS BBB.

Compression sale is a horrible company. Will never do business with them again. Their disfunctional website creates an order mistake and the take no responsibility. You pay for returns and restocking fees after talking with a totally obnoxious Customer Service individual. It's all about the money. They could care less about the customer. Imagine my surprise when it was obvious that despite being adjacent item numbers, they were in two colors of Khaki! Perhaps you could correct this error by choosing either the M or L pair and shipping me both pairs in the same color. I had polio which left me with two foot sizes, thus requiring wearing a M and an L stocking. Since these will be worn in summer showing, I need identical color on both pair.

I wanted to return an unopened, not tried on, unused item within the 30 days required. They are going to charge a 25% order processing fee (ARE YOU KIDDING?). Unheard of in this day of on-line shopping and COVID! I will never order here again. Make sure you want what you order and think twice about ordering from this site! Also when completing merchandise return authorization got a notice that I was beyond the 30 days from my order which is not true. I had to call and they claim an IT issue! Some people would have given up.

I am a 31-year-old typing this who ordered two pairs of hose for her Grandmother who recently had surgery. They promised me that returns would be easy if the sizing was incorrect. I made this order on February 12,2020, it is currently May 23,2020, and I am still trying to get them to make it right. The items that she received are defective; they are incorrectly mass manufactured and they do not care that they have never been worn.
They have ignored my e-mails and when I stated I would be complaining to the BBB after lack of communication or resolution they responded with "our 132 thousand good reviews" would overcome my negative one. Just WOW!
These compression socks were ordered for someone on a limited income who is too humble to accept them as a gift and they are taking this as a joke.
If you don't believe me check the BBB for the 100's of pending issues they have that are still unresolved because of lack of communication on their part.

I was having problems on what size to order as my size "16" is under Large and X-tra Large and went to Live Chat and no one responded even though it said it would.
Buyer beware. This site robs you legally of your money and fails to deliver the item you have purchased. Be careful of the lady by name Melissa who promises you in writing your item will be delivered on time which is a lie. Stay clear of this company if you are an overseas buyer. PayPal won't help as well. I lost A$250 plus to these thieves.
I weigh 230 and I'm 5'4" so I order the 3x which is what I normally wear and these are slightly big on me. But these compression socks are HUGE. The heel comes 3" over my ankles, and the tops come 5' over my knees! It was all I could do to get them on and panicked because there was no way I could get them off. I had to have help. These were made for a size 15 foot and 7' person. Unbelievable. Their return policy doesn't allow me to return them without losing most of my money. This is my second pair, and the first didn't fit any better.

I ordered some compression stockings from CompressionSale to wear after a knee replacement surgery. I know that CompressionSale utilizes USPS for package delivery for their orders that include free delivery. With the Post Office sabotage Plot ordered by President Trump, I didn't want to chance not receiving my package is shipped through USPS. Therefore, instead of accepting the free USPS delivery offer, I opted to pay $9.95 to have my package delivered through UPS or FedEx. That order was placed on July 24,2020. I have yet to receive my order as of today, August 19,2020. I contacted CompressionSale customer service immediately after being notified that my order had been shipped on July 27,2020 through USPS. I was pissed because I knew that meant I would never receive my order since it was shipped through USPS and because of the issues at the Post Office, I was barely getting regular mail, let alone packages from USPS. I paid for expedited shipping through UPS or FedEx, but CompressionSale sent my package through USPS, so they basically cheated me out of the $9.95 express shipping charge. I have had a total of 7 email correspondences with Melissa Bright and each time she gives me the run-around. DO NOT USE COMPRESSIONSALE. They are cheaters and liars and they don't deliver your orders.
I calles and was told I could return any time and when I tried to process a return they would only give me store credit. Incredible! They don't understand that this is something you buy for medical reasons it is not something you buy because you just want to try on. This should be refunded if it is returned with use, but no, they refuse to. Also, getting information from them was exhausting. We had a million back and forth and had to ask a million times for how the return works and for the quote. Worst customer service!

I purchased 2 pair of truform compression stockings and when I put the first pair on it tore all the way across the heel. I contacted compressionsale and was told that I had to pay to return the defective items. I didn't think that was fair, to pay more for a defective item and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that the only way I could speak with the supervisor (Melissa Bright) was by email. I had already corresponded with the company by email and phone a number of times and received an email back from Melissa Briight informing me she was sorry she missed my call. Based on the customer service I have received I have to give this company a rating of 1 star.

I would not recommend this company. I purchased two pairs of socks, they were unopened and I received a return #. After I sent both pairs back, I was asked for my credit card so they could charge shipping. After several weeks I received only one pair back, but had paid for two. I was told by customer service that there was a huge price difference and they would not be sending the second pair. So, apparently it cost me $57 to go up a size. The emails sound like they are written by a 5th grader. This company has a D+ by the Better Business Bureau. I wished I would have known that before making a purchase.

I had ordered a size to big. Sent email explaining this. Was given instructions on the return process. I had to pay for the return shipping which was $12 and some change. Then I get an email saying I need to pay more money on a smaller size $15 and change. I really don't know why I have to pay more money after paying for the first item and then paying to return the ankle braces. I sent an email asking why do I have to pay more money, no answer as of 8/27/23. If I have to pay even more I want a refund of all money spent.
Too expensive. The socks, in my opinion, would not qualify as compression. Very dissatisfied. Wasted my money (and time waiting for the package to arrive).
