Took time, but this is the first time I am doing it myself. In past ordered through a clinic.Next time will be easier.
Very dissatisfied. Order comes one item at a time. Wrong length sent on arm sleeve and I'm being charged for shipping...your fault not mine.
Won't ever use you again. Didn't go to your website, never heard of you. It just appeared and I thought I was in the right place. Always ordered direct from Juzo or Lympedema products.
Found new clinic and hope they will do the ordering.
Still waiting for exchange on arm sleeve and delivery of another arm sleeve.

So far no issues, first time using so we will see how the order goes. Thanks.

Update 5-26-17 received products a week or so ago and the 20 to 30mm Hg Open Toe in the medium size fit well and are comfortable, still no issues. I also ordered a 30-40mm Hg Open Toe and have had to send those back because they were too small will be exchanging for a large of the same. The return process is pretty easy on line the only issue is I got them with free shipping but have to pay for shipping to send back. Not that big a deal. Will see how long it takes to get the replacement pair. So far still satisfied with Compressionsale.com.

I had recent surgery following cancer diagnosis. I shopped for post-surgery garment and chose "Compressionsale" due to their advertised return policy. As I feared, my surgeon did not like the garment I had selected and asked me to get a different style/type. When I tried to exercise the return option at "Compressionsale" - they denied me the right, saying it "didn't apply". There was nothing mentioned on my order form or during the order process stating the item was exempt from their "easy returns" policy. I am stuck with something expensive that I can't even use. Choose another site for your shopping. These people aren't honest.
