The sizing info on this product is inadequate and the cost of return is excessive

Product that I was looking for and was 50% off any other price I had found.

Overall the website is un clear and chaotic. The picture you see of the product often does not match what you receive. When you have problem you feel like you are talking to a machine that just keeps asking for numbers that don't appear any where. Very difficult to return or exchange items.

My only complaint so far is that the checkout process did not function properly. I tried using Pay Pal twice without success. Then I tried a credit card and it said the order had an error. Try again. Not finding any error, I decided to input my shipping address explicitly (instead of relying on the menu choice "Same as billing address") and it finally worked even though my shipping address is the same as billing.

I am waiting for instructions in order to return the product. It is too large and does not seem to be heavy enough for compression. I really do not know what weight to order. I have gone to clinics and bought their product but they are way to pricey so I am trying your brand.

Evidently, I have to wait to receive instructions for the return.
