The parcel came quickly, but I was surprised that the outside packaging was turquoise/floral and looked like that of a feminine product. Please change future packaging material.
When it came time to return the stockings that were too big, I was given a return request #, but not provided with an address to send them to even though I asked for that in a follow-up email. Please add the address to the return request form.
There is NO adjustable waist on the Open Crotch compression pantyhose. Product does not match photo. Very disappointed. Box is labeled different compression rating than the paper label on the box and the label on the pantyhose. What was received was the proper compression rating but no adjustable waistband as shown in photo and the open crotch is much smaller than in the photo.
