My stockings were way too small. I went thru your ridiculous method of trying to return them. The proper numbers were entered and rejected each time. Next move, call your company. I was then told to do the Email route. My 3 attempts at that resulted in "NOT ABLE TO DELIVER" my Email. I am beginning to get the picture. The return policy in your ad does not exist. Your phone agent screamed at me that I had spelled the Email wrong. Seems you thought of every device to avoid a return. Do you give lessons in rudeness? I have wasted many hours with your dead end roads. I lost my money and have no stockings. A warning to others. Stay away from this company.

Having lower cost stocking year round would be preferred over having to find/use a coupon when insurance won't cover them & people are on a budget.
