Excellent transaction, excellent ship time. Fits like a glove! But loose enough to make taking on / off easy. May order a second one for my other leg (not as bad as one I got this for) once I get caught up on some bills.

I tried both the live chat and phoning in. Both were unsuccessful. I got disconnected by phone and the chat line after greeting seemed to disappear leaving me to wonder if anyone was there so I ended it. I just couldn't get anyone who try and answer my questions. I have had difficulty with reactions to the elastic of the thigh highs causing redness, rash like blisters and severe itching with another product and wondered if all thigh highs had the same material. It was a little frustrating but I ordered anyway online.

People please try any other site first! I was shipped a substitute item since they didnt have the pictured/ordered item anymore. I had to go elsewhere and they will not refund me let alone send the right item. It is a bait and switch dishonest company. I used the online drugstore to get the correct item since i saw that mentioned in a review for this company also. They had the correct item and did not try to rip me off. I wish i would have paid more attention to the reviews. I hope i can save someone else from wasting their time and money.
