I found the items that I wanted; they were out of season but still available; good price.

These socks came from USA to my home in Australia in just over a week from order placement. They were not available from the local registered supplier - out of stock.
Importing them saved a lot of money and massive amounts of time.

Shopping online was a breeze. They came on the day promised. I did get a sale price, however, as I've already stated, I am not happy with the product.

Good except the exchange rate makes it really expensive. Not your fault. But it was $35 more than the checkout on my credit card. More of a discount for Canadians might be nice. Just saying. I have gotten these type of socks from you before so even though I haven't used the new ones yet I am positive they are exactly what I like.

Fit was perfect, but there was a manufacturer's defect in the reinforcement seam in the heel of one of the stockings. I filled out a report, sent a photo and am waiting to hear!

I have used Jobst Relief knee highs for years and have noticed a change in the materials used. They seem to have "cheapened."

Found what I wanted,nice web site all things are go.

The repeated pop up offering for help got annoying after I'd closed it 5 or 6 times. Kept floating past where I was trying to select my order.

The buying process was easy and the products were exactly as described on the website.

Will be really nice when traveling
