When I realized I had double ordered, because the order form was confusing, I called to cancel one order. Got a recording that you were closed. So called in the morning (Central Time) and was told that both orders had been shipped. One, I think there should have been a way to leave a message about the order, since you were closed and Two, I can't see how a two hour difference can make this error unstoppable. Now I am returning two pairs and will have to pay the shipping again.

You advertise a 10% discount for new customers but after I signed-up, I find it does not include my brand (Therafirm). This is just not right. Also, finding item ******* was not easy.
