Unfortunately, your false Marketing will keep me away. You sent me an email that promised FREE SHIPPING for ALL compression socks in four different places on that ad. Nowhere were any restrictions mentioned, and yet you charged me for shipping. When you say ALL it means all, not maybe, sorta, well there are restrictions.
I also received a coupon code that I forgot to enter. In an email from your Customer Service Supervisor, Melissa, she told me that she would take care of the coupon for me, but this never happened either. Saying that orders for 39.99 ship for free in no way negates the promise that ALL compression socks ship for free.
Honesty and promises matter.
I was looking for a local site to order my hose, but your site popped up. It took so long to get my order, I began to wonder if I had made a big mistake. I am pleased with my hose when they did get here. However, I had to pay more than twice as much as I had ever paid for support hose in the past.
I was prepared to visit your store, then I decided to us email. Please, don't disappoint me.
Your web site is confusing and it's hard to find what you are looking for.

Placed an order on line on Aug 08 2017, and still haven't received, when calling them, they said the order didn't go through, while i got a confirmation email and a confirmation id number.
They are super poor with terrible customer service.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

The experience was fine. The one problem I had was in the past, I have ordered only one pair of stockings and the shipping was free. This time it wasn't. I did order 2 pair after I saw that as I always need new ones.
My stockings were shipped very quickly. I enjoyed ordering on line as I am very busy and it is hard to find time to shop.
This company took advantage of my elderly parents. They ordered a brace that ended up being too large, they called to exchange it and were told they needed to complete a form which would be emailed to them. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for the form they called back and we're told it would be sent, and again it was never received. The email address on file is correct because this company is sending spam and advertisements to their email address daily. My parents decided not to wait and returned the item without the form but with the paperwork it was received with. Months later my parents still haven't received the replacement brace and now they've been told the brace is no longer in stock, they won't refund the money and they've taken the original free shipping costs off of the cost of the brace so the credit on file is $13 less than what was spent. They keep trying to push them to use this credit for compression socks which they don't need.
Order and receive in a couple of days. Doesn't get much better!
