Socks were delivered very fast. Love the feel of the socks, but the foot/toe area is too long for my foot & causes sores in the toe area. Next time I'll order toeless socks to see if that solves my problem.

Be very weary about ordering from compressionsale. I ordered a pair of Jobst compression stockings and there was supposed to be free shipping but they charged me $3.95 for shipping. When I asked their customer service about this they said anything under $39.00 will have a shipping charge of $3.95. But it clearly states on their website that shipping is free on most items which they list the items that have a shipping charge in their shipping policy and compression stockings are not on that list. In their shipping policy it clearly states that its free shipping on compression stockings and if fully explains all about what gets free shipping including the cost of your order and how much shipping charges are for different price tiers. Plus no where on their website or shipping policy does it say anything about a $3.95 shipping charge for anything especially orders under $39.00.
They are scamming people on their made up shipping charges and they don't even follow their own shipping policy. It's really sad that they are taking advantage of the elderly and other individuals who order from their website and get scammed into paying a made up shipping charge and you cannot cancel your order according to customer service. I have asked them where on their website does it say anything about the $3.95 shipping charge and I've even quoted their shipping policy to them about where it states that it should have been free shipping as pertaining to my order. I just keep getting the same response from them: "There is a $3.95 shipping charge for purchases under $39.00. They don't even answer my question about where it says that and they don't even honor their own shipping policy on their website.

I am unhappy with your return policy. I wish I had done more research on your site before I ordered. Both things had to be returned for store credit. I found your customer service difficult to access and not helpful. Things have been returned, waiting to see how much store credit I will have but not sure what I would spend it on since I cannot depend on size chart to get the right size.
I hate surveys. I am angry you tricked me into doing a survey, when your email simply said click if you have received your order.
