Unfavorable. I have been trying to return a non stocking item for three weeks and have yet to receive clear instructions about a shipping label. I was advised, however, about restOckingfees and postage that I will have to pay for. Much too complicated a process. Also customer service representatives I spoke to were not extremely gracious.

They did not pack the order placed. The shipping slip stated the correct order but it was not packed correctly. When calling about it the wanted to charge me for their mistake.

I asked for a refund not knowing that I could exchange for another brand. In the meantime I returned the Jobst stockings from compressionsale. I had money extracted for restocking cost and also had to pay money
For returning them. I will be sending in an order for Truform stockings so that I can use my store credit. I'm sorry for the confusion, but I'm new at ordering things on line but it takes senior citizens a little longer to get things straight. VS
