Excellent complaints site that gives one the opportunity for their complaints to get resolved. I found that sign up was okay. Verification of one's sign up is done by an activation string that is sent by the online support of the site that one must enter in along with one's username in order to get to activated on the site. Posting of a complaint required a little more details than with other complaints sites but it was well worth it. This is an excellent consumer tool and one that is dedicated to helping the consumer resolve their complaints. Once the complaint is resolved the site gives the option to remove the complaint which one can most certainly do.
